TODAY'S VIDEO

So I'm incredibly psyched to be releasing this video on my fav topic ever - "Long game motivation".

This is the basic topic that I believe once mastered, will allow you to create success in your life beyond nearly anything anyone else is capable of.

Conversely if you fail to master this, your life will have a lot of pain.

Absolutely watch this video, multiple times...

Nice!!

And if you want to go DEEPER on this, my buddy Tai Lopez (who is both a natural with girls in my opinion - as well as a self made multi millionaire) just released this fantastic talk about his personal views on people HARDENING UP.

You will love this.

Absolutely subscribe to his channel right now for tons of awesome shit from a dude who is truly killing it life, and a buddy of mine.

He crushes so hard in his other businesses he doesn't even promote this channel, but it's loaded with some of the best life lessons I've ever seen.

https://www.youtube.com/user/tailopezofficial

Good stuff.

Let me know your thoughts and experiences on long game motivation and "hardening up"!  I want to know your thoughts!

I'm off to pack for Florida so I'll shoot out of here, but have an amazing week and we'll talk soon!

btw next week's video gets back to pickup with infield, and takes it to another level yet again. :)

Amazing video!

It's also bad when things like injuries can prevent you from staying on centar, but then again, you want to come back even harder because it can serve as a sense of urge when you feel like you've lost some extremely valuable time and opportunity.

No this video is not sweet. Saying this video is awesome is like saying getting your ass handed to you is awesome. Anyone that thinks this is "cool" or "epic" is retarded and is missing the point. I know Tyler likes to make us all feel good, but the message of the video is terrifying. And if you don't get a kick in the ass from it, you might already be done. This isn't "entertainment" material.

One of your "Truth About Success" videos had the same effect on me as well. I'd watch it and then I'd look at where I was at and thought "holy shit, if I don't crawl out of this place, I *am* done now." And I'd have the video in mind for weeks on end as I'd obsessively go out and grind as hard as ever.

And you know what? I'd feel being engaged. And that is like walking on the razor's edge. It takes a lot of honesty and feel to know when you've fallen off and how to keep on track.

Just look at most motherfuckers out on the street and you can be sure that *that* is going to be you if you don't cut the bullshit rationalizations and believing everything you "think" is true. Thoughts are bullshit. Like Jed McKenna says, you have to impose martial law on your thoughts and your being.

And who would go that far? Very, very few.

(And then your ego says: "very few huh? well I will be the special one!" nope, that's another bullshit rationalization that over time will evolve into "lets be more chill." See what I mean? In the end, you are responsible for you.)

Tyler maybe you can make an additional video that talks about people who realize they are falling off but just no longer care, and go on to rationalize and "fit in" to living a miserable life, why that happens, and the recognition it takes to crawl back out.

Awesome vid man! Love the redwood scene. You look like a wilderness man lol. I definitely would say that success can cause one to relax and as time goes on if not handled, a big contraction point could be detrimental. The brain and body form habits to combat you not only from taking action but also from viewing the world as you did when you were "on"/ having momentum.

As a younger guy, It is sometimes harder for me to keep my brain engaged for longer than a few weeks. Usually after a few weeks of engagement, comes a one to two week period of contraction, relaxing and doing just enough to get by. To cope with this contraction, I usually like to be around things that amp me up like these videos, or other motivational/self-improvement videos. I used to not be into motivational videos because to me they had no substance and we're basically "You have to belive rah rah rah" but when combining them with action, it gives you a sense of pride with what you're doing and addicts you to action. This helps me in growing those expansion periods.

If the guest speaker is located in Florida, then I have a big hunch of who it is. And if It's who I think it is, then I am so fucking jealous of the people attending. Strength meets pickup.

Very powerful vid.

It is so easy to fall off a narrow path that you have set yourself. I am constantly battling to claw my way back on the road. This video will be a great help.

It happens so quick as well. One second everything is aligned and your travelling down this narrow road, then you take your eyes off it and your in a ditch, in amongst the trees, then not knowing which direction the road is, and then your in a ginger bread house getting raped by a witch. That's where Eddie Murphy's at.

That was so sick. Happiness is the hard work and exertion towards something you love. When success comes, don't let it allow you to fall off into what you think is 'relaxation' and 'happiness'. The happiness was getting there, so keep going to find more.

Tyler. I think by far that was my favorite video that youve done. I can completely relate to what youre talking about when you lose your "spark." When you dont wake up in the morning like you did when you were a kid looking out the window anticipating all the cool shit thats gonna happen.
Whats fucking scary about it is that it just seeps into you because that dilution of your purpose and  of whats important is EVERYWHERE. And all you get as a signal is a slight feeling that something is not right.

Anyway Thanks for the reminder.

Thanks for sharing this stuff Tyler. I would REALLY REALLY LOVE to see a video on your opinions on how to find your purpose and the feelings you have as you begin to realize it, like you mentioned in the video. Also, how individualized you think these "purposes" are and if not people can really find purpose in many many different things. That would be super tight. Thanks again man.

This vid kicked me in the stomach. Both in a good and bad way.

Then I came across this and it nailed the point... I get it now.

"And I think over again
My small adventures when with a shore wind, I drifted out in my kayak and thought I was in danger.
My fears, those I thought so big for all the vital things I had to get and to reach.
And yet, there was only one great thing. The only thing: to live, to see in hunts and on journeys, the great day that dawns. And the light that fills the world."

~~'Success breeds complacency, which leads to failure.' -

thanks tyler, this came at the ideal time for me! I took a lot of notes from this, it's spot on.
One thing I feel like you focused on the causes and effects a lot, but did not expand so much on what you think are some good solutions for this (in your experience). Any advice?

Let me get this right Tyler you are concerned with people that had success and then can't get it back? Well cry me a river. Do you realize that majority of people on the RSD forums and lairs are broke and rarely get laid? Im in Raleigh NC and have been part of lairs in Raleigh (chapel hill rsd), Random Charlotte NC lairs, and supposedly the oldest lair ever in DC. (run by a Venusian Arts ex instructor). All the people I have met suck shit and maybe 5 guys who are the best get laid regularly fuck 7s at best. A huge portion of guys are delusional liars. They join the "community" for a social group not to improve themselves. Im 36 and I am finally starting to get momentum in my life, so everybody can kiss my old tan ass. lol Hell isnt Ozzie 40 years old? and he opens couples kissing. I have never seen a young fuck do some shit like that or anybody period. So instead of giving us older guys some depressing shit how we are on deaths door. Give us a video of what is the optimal way to reach success in your mid 30s and beyond for the people who havent had much success.

Just...wow!  This is one of those videos that has me trippin down a little rabbit hole.  Usually happens when I hear a good point of view on a philosophy of life.  Tyler's brain is definately functioning at a rapid pace all the time, kinda like my boy Marky who has tested into Mensa.

Don't let your successes go to your head, don't let your failures go to your heart.

Nice post. I'm 10 years younger than you and in the circles I've been to it's mainly seen as a socializing bro-hug-fest for dudes to commiserate. It's not always the case, but let's be real. The way I've gone about this situation is going out solo and trying to meet people who actually chase girls as I'm doing the same. In effect I don't "belong" to any PU lairs or groups.

As for the age thing, the way I see it if you still have your sex drive, you can play the game the way you always have.

Awesome video Tyler. Really enjoying your content recently. I can relate to that as well, fine food, travel, girls and money is good... But engagement is what gives you fulfilment and keeps you buzzing. Everything else fades but engagement to a purpose or greater vision creates clarity which is truly rewarding. Thanks again for sharing the lessons you have learnt over the years.

Amazing video. For me, these type of videos feel so real and powerful to me (perhaps because, as you said, these were very personal realisations and insights for you).

I also love the new camera I almost feel like I'm watching a movie. Just noticed there seems to be a lot of noise (in the footage). I'm not an expert on video but maybe you could use a plugin like neatvideo to remove some of the noise and flickering, especially in the shots with low lighting.

Totally excited to see the direction which your future videos will take!

I am a big fan of your message. I love pretty much all your vids espcially "The Truth about Success" series you have made. They are real stuff compared to the "Success" material out there that don't go to the root of issues.

I am just not sure if I follow the age reference you are constantly and insistently making in your most videos.

I understand that you want to give younger audience a wake up call so they stop being lazy and start working harder and more purposely.

I just don't get why there should be a "cut-off" on a people's success age ( I do remember the Outliers reference you made and not trying to count on that).

Again I get it that people need to be somewhere in their life by the age of 35. I does get way harder to get anywhere if they haven't done it by that age. True that.

Now if a person starts getting familizied with this info couple years ago and start working hard in their mid thirties like me, your are saying there is just no hope?

Maybe you are not exactly saying that, but it does sure come across like that!

What is a person in their mid thirsties supposed to do then..if your information is targeted towards younger audience in their early twenties or at most mid twenties?

Thanks.

Thanks for the video and the suggestion video, i got a lot out from both.

You know, Tyler, i feel your material is so much more touching and impactful when you mix your talks of success with personal experiences of failure as well (and miserableness, lol). It makes it just so much relatable to "us humans" (aka your audiance) then the endless barrage of bragging and grandeur talk which was the norm for the longest time in your videos from last year and seriously turned me off from RSD (whom i ve been following since beginning 2007).

I wished you would make a detailed video on how you got back into the game from scratch after the hawaian period and got to become your best ever. I d love to hear more about your game struggles and how you overcame tremendous pain and resistance. The fullness of your game experience is the greatest gift; you should share the complete story and not only the foam/glory.

Props for doing an amazing job, take care :-)

Yo fuck, I feel like im 20 years old and have already let the chill take my brain?
What the hell do I do becuase im scared as fuck.

What do I do to become re-engaged. Any other guys struggling with this very problem?
I don't wanna tap out at 20 but maybe I already have?

I feel like I need a bootcamp fast.

But isn't meditating and being present and enjoying the moment the key to engagement? I feel like ive already forgotton what being engaged feels like........ fuck i just feel so fucked up all the time and can never seem to acomplish my goals.

Some harsh truths to hear here and I can relate with the content to a sickening level (gut level)
Your videos are becoming more to the point and straight on the nerve to a point where it seems you are directly talking to me from your camera, amazing!

Tyler this is a great video as an eye opener but my question is will there be a Video on this follow up of some of the strategies and actions - besides finding someone younger than you to motivate you - or what was your personal journey to build it again to take you up on a upward spiral?

I have found that many times I motivate myself for a period of time and push myself beyond my capacities to the point of getting sick (physically) and this is what is making me stronger but afterwards is like building again and again the same habits to go again into the spiral of success and it gets harder and harder as you get more success because you have more to cling to

This ties perfectly to a situation on my life (pre RSD) where I was in my country working in a well paid job which I was miserable and having an amazing flat money a girl that loved me a good car travel and do and buy whatever I wanted and I was in a depressed and unhappy mood all the time
I actually was happier when I teared apart all my life and had to sleep in a small children match on the floor while moving to a city and living in a room with 8 other people in a hostel while I tried new life in a new country and a new job
It's almost like you have to tear down your entire life to build it up again and it comes back stronger, is this your experience? Is there another path?
Not looking for formulas only your thoughts

Appreciate your content here on both parts, priceless!,

This video is really a great work, actually way too deep for me to watch it in one go.

Anyway about the beginning, it reminds me of a friend of mine who definitely has been living win after win, in the most literal sense of the word (competed professionally in many different sports and or games and always profitably). Considering the solid benefits that he got, which allowed him to buy a house, a car, and many other things in property, it was now surprising to me to meet him and hear that he's actually in a bad economic situation and working a shitty job. This is the kind of person that you learn to see as a chronic winner and never imagine this way.

One thing I wanted to say though, is that the winning streak will help you a lot with getting laid, which is what this website is about! ;)

Great Video even now i would say you have to sacrafice a lot if you want to achieve something bigger later on in life. This means giving up pleasures like watching TV, Holidays, Fun to get where you want.

The fun should be in the hard work and the challenge you are stepping up to.

Thanks for the Tai Lopez video great video going to check his channel out for sure.
