As usual I've been working non stop but also enjoying life. I'm getting really strong in the gym and reading a ton of books in my small amount of spare time!

So you may have noticed I've been FIELD TESTING / EXPERIMENTING with a lot of Julien's ideas lately, especially in the recent infield video clips.
One of the things that shocked me was in a Julien Free Tour video he mentioned calling girls "SLUTS!" and "DOGS!"
My initial reaction was "This is too hardcore, not my personality..." but my general view of anything outside my comfort zone is that it is EXACTLY WHAT I NEED TO TRY.
Yes of course, you need to "Find what works, discard that which does not, and create something truly your own" as Bruce Lee would say.
But you ALSO need to TRY A LOT OF NEW THINGS so that you can even DISCOVER what is truly your own -- you have NO IDEA what you will resonate with or what will work for you until you shut the fuck up and try it!
Funny enough, I later realized that what Julien was teaching is completely congruent to me, for the simple reason that people FULLY MISUNDERSTAND where he's coming from and why he does what he does.
He does these types of silly things (which are maybe 1% of what makes his game work -- his game is DEEP and maybe the best I've ever seen with my own eyes) because they are HONEST SIGNALS that communicate directly with the CORE of the girl.
Julien doesn't care about superficial personality, he goes RIGHT TO THE CORE with HONEST SIGNALS that her DNA can read loud and clear.
So that's what we're going to talk about today, and I hope you enjoy it!

And like I mentioned multiple times in the video, the lines like "slut!" are basically the LEAST POWERFUL of any honest signal.
They're just one of many so do NOT get hung up on it.
And also like I said, those types of lines are meant to REVEAL something about you in HOW YOU RESPOND TO HER REACTION.
If you are not ACTUALLY centered in your power as a man, they simply reveal that you suck, and very likely could get you beat up.
So keep that in mind!
If that's YOU then I'd say use "honest signals" like how a guy with bad cardio would have sex -- don't try to pound the girl and then reveal you're weezing and out of breath, simply find a steady pace that works and you can still do okay. :)

Again this goes back to guys who aren't feeling like the shit and wanting to show those honest signals of high status, instead you can focus on CONGRUENCE.
By doing this I've also gotten laid. It may not be as lethal, but it's damned effective with certain girls, and allows you to build upon success after success until you actually become the shit.

I just wana know something, being congruent is putting your vulnerable personality on the line right? It can come out as very attractive and high value. They all mean the same, real, congruent, vulnerable...
I'm getting confused by the terms. I think this is what lets me get the girls, I sometimes feel so depressed, but get the girl by not hiding it, it comes out as me being very high value and not needing approval.

In terms of growing as a person, what if a newbie or anyone not "the shit" tried to show honest signals and then like you said that would highlight that they are not the shit, but if that person kept the right attitude and kept going out it could potentially be a good learning process and help them grow out of being a not the shit into being the shit. Lol sounds funny how I worded that.

Here's my dirty little secret.
I'm motivated primarily by legacy (you can probably sense that) but financially my motivation is very arrogant.
I think if I kept a continual intense focus on creating content like this for another 10 years, it could become INCONCEIVABLY sick.
(I mean hey it's not really THAT hard -- imagine if this is all you did, all day long?)
It's my opinion that Web 2.0 is blowing the fuck up, and that if you spend years getting really skilled at envisioning and creating content, you can become basically your own mini version of NBC / ABC / CBS / FOX.
(A MINI version of course, but then again, it doesn't have to support a staff of thousands...)
IMO if I keep hammering at this I can create the sickest content imagineable, but if I just say "Ooooh yeah, I COULD do XYZ if I WANTED TO later when it's monetized in 10 years..." I won't have the skills built up over that time.
So the reason I keep doing this is for practice, at least financially. Legacy wise I just think the shit is hella sick.
OTOH I also think what I'm doing isn't actually THAT great, but rather that it's fucken crazy that nobody else has done anything like it before.
I feel like I've found a "lane" here that's shockingly unexplored. It's crazy to me nobody has done this.
Cause it's not like anything I said in this video is that revolutionary, and yet, nobody has really said it before!
How crazy is that??
And there's SOOOOOO MUCH MORE that a lot of people know, but has never been said, and people want someone to say!
I've got such a baglog of content in my head the struggle is to get to it all and make formal content out of it, not coming up with more.
Craziest of all -- the more you "put out into the world" the more ideas you have given to you.
So it pays itself back exponentially, and the more I put out the more I'm flooded with new ideas!
And since aside from "legacy" my own to personal interest in this is just my own journey, it enhances it even more.

I agree with everything you're saying - Especially business wise.
Finishing my Masters Thesis in Content Marketing and all the aspects of Web 2.0, the impact it's having on consumer behavior and how we percieve value and product information is insane.
I love the fact that great products and amazing content markets itself by way of digital word of mouth, giving suppliers the opportunity to just focus on creating even better and more valuable content.
Question: Who else do you see is delivering some very top-notch kind of information (besides Gary Vaynerchuk and Tim Ferris as examples). Is there anyone who's working in the same lane that you use as a benchmark? Unrelated to PU

Even with something like pickup, the more I do it, the more I realize how much is possible. Even having what most people would consider to be crazy success with women is still just scratching the surface. People get discouraged because of that. But the bar for moderate success is still so low. It amazes me that people aren't willing to do more to get what they want.

i really like the video about honest signals. all i hear constantly whenever i try to "school" my friends on game, is that you have to walk up and say something nice. im glad you gave in-field examples and explained throughly that its all in the subcommunications.

I hadn't thought about the topic of "honest signals" in the way you describe but the general idea is something I stuggled with. I used to wonder how I could reconcile saying certain things if I didn't ethically agree with them. This video answered that question easily. Thanks a lot.

This content brings a "new angle" of value to the table. YOU KNOW ME, I can't help but to think of how "the jaded mind is taking this" every time I see one of your vids. So this time you nailed it.

I find it amazing how so much high value things come out of your mind so fast. You are a great inspiration for me as a person who work so hard on developing yourself to archieve your greatest potential.
I've been meditating, fixing my nutrition and sleep for some weeks and I can already feel so much better! Meditation really is so much powerfull, I feel my mind so much more calm, without all that noise and emotional ups and downs - it really gives you a much better sense of self-control.

I noticed this before this vid and that clarified it even farther. The first vid really explains a lot of the values in the 7 habits and it really does make a difference in game and life as a whole. The ability to be self aware win/win and honest allows extreme self amusement to me and helps me understand before trying to be understood.

A lot of the time it is easy to use "being honest" as an excuse to say and do manipulative and whiny bitch things to stay in a negative state... aka editing what you say to not offend or stay in your comfort zone etc.

When I was a complete pussy little bitch, I guess it was dishonest of me to walk up to a girl and tell her she is cute. Yet, somehow I did it. Now... I also know that when I did I was probably showing all of the lack of game I had at the time and how much I sucked... I guess. When I started daygame, my body language, tonality (probably everything) was pretty off, which just showed how much I lacked. But also, I wouldn't be able to do that right now and set up a date with a girl if I hadn't failed before. (Yay I am going to get my first date from cold approach this Saturday :D so proud!)
I actually think that you have to fail and be willing to look like a retard when you do strange/weird/crazy shit.
I mean... what if the guy who has bad cardio does hard/intense sex every day is actually improving his cardio by 0.00001% just by having sex? Then, in a year, he would be pretty good at having wild hard sex! Or not?
Hopefully somebody can give me their opinion on this. There must be something about "honesty" that I am probably not getting right.
Because... if you are congruent and honest to what you feel... and you are a pussy little bitch, then you won't even leave your comfort zone and approach because you are a pussy little bitch and approaching is not congruent with the Being of the pussy little bitch... right?

I want to give some constructive feedback though, Tyler, add some background music to your videos. It may sound stupid but maybe it was the music that made the video has so much more of an impact (I was listening to Tame Impala - Feels Like We Only Go Backwards whilst watching the first vid). Never even heard the song before.

One is you FORCE the charisma. This comes across wildly incongruent and most likely the girl blows you off because she can sense you're not being real.
However, the benefit of this is you build momentum after each rejection and come into aligment with a high level of charisma later on in the night.
The other side of the equation is you're CONGRUENT but have very little charisma. The benefit of this is, the girl doesn't blow you off right away but because you're charisma is so low, she's also not very likely to sleep with you either.
Of course there's girls out there that will go for guys will low charisma because they're kinda shy themselves or they're at a place in their life where that's the type of guy she's looking for (ie. older women).
So what's ultimately better? I think it depends. It depends on what you respond to more but I also believe that anyone should incorporate a mix of both because each has it's advantages.
Take me for example.
I use to always force charisma. ALWAYS. However, I found that what ended up happening with me was because I was getting good responses from girls when I was in a state of high charisma (ie. building momentum, hitting state and executing good game), I developed an ego where I attributed my successes to "being in state" or "having good game". When I came down from all the social momentum I built up from the night, I felt like a total chode again, like my powers had drained away.
This also caused me to develop a game ego where it was very difficult to approach at the beginning of the night because I would identify with my results and walk around thinking, "Damn... I'm not in state, this approach is going to suck."
So after getting so sick of this, I switched it up, where instead of trying to force game and force the execution of principles, I just rolled up CONGRUENT. Very stifled, nothing impressive and just stayed with it. I found this was much better for me for a few reasons.
This forced my brain to realize that it's ok to roll up "chodey". Nothing bad is going to happen, she rejects you, no big deal. I use to be almost DEATHLY afraid of this. It also forced my brain to realize that it doesn't have to be afraid of anything. You don't need anything, game, confidence, state, etc. ANYTHING and you'll be fine. "It's ok brain, you got this. You can handle anything." Slowly but surely my self-trust gets better and better with each passing day.
It's also forcing me to realize that "I AM ENOUGH." There is nothing I need to do or say or become, I simply am enough and nothing in this world will change that.
However, I also found that there's one big flaw to congruence and that's when you want to tackle sticking points. If you want to improve some aspect of game, you have to step outside your comfort zone and try something new. You have to mess up and "force" it, at least a little bit.
That's actually what I'm doing right now with push/pull. I'm out there forcing the behavior because it's necessary to improve but again, it doesn't have to be one or the other. At the beginning of the night I'll just be congruent and be friendly. After I build some momentum then I'll try tackling some sticking points. Mix and match and see what works for you. :)
