Tyler's Blog

Tyler

Hey there!

Just got back from Las Vegas.

I had a blast, and am exhausted to say the least.  Luckily I shot 2 videos while in Vegas to share the experience with you -- and this week's will be covering the #1 sticking point in the game...

HOW TO TALK FOREVER AND EVER!

I've just purchased a new studio to film all the content for RSD's new self development company, so if I'm gonna evolve my primary focus on pickup to the new shit over the next few years I gotta put a smile on my face and create these things -- I'm GETTING IT DONE!

(I'll also be doing this extensively in the "newbie site" but I want to make a few videos about the most important concepts as well.)

I'd say I did a great job and will entertain the shit out of you like I always do, so I know you're going to love it.

I also had to do this one to debunk the bizarre belief that Jeff and I somehow "benefitted" from the years we were taught to use canned openers and routines to get good with girls.

All the other RSD guys who were taught "natural game" skyrocketed past Jeff and I for several years by building their game on the best foundation possible.  Meanwhile Jeff and I had to "unwire" all the autopilot behaviour we'd built in and stop feeling so weird about having regular conversations with girls.

On the good side, both Jeff and I are KILLER story tellers from the years of doing that, so we benefitted as public speakers in that regard.  But unless you're trying to be a public speaker I'd really just learn how to go natural from day 1.

That said, can you go use the same stories or jokes again and again even if you're "natural" -- for sure.

It's just that you say it when YOU want to do so, to build the vibe, and when it happens to "arise".

You  may go several months without saying the same story or joke again, or you may be suddenly amused by it and say it over and over throughout the night.  Then you get bored of it and forget about it, like any normal human being, and move on.

You're improvising whatever FEELS GOOD in the moment, and then by the "law of state transferrence" she feels the amazing way you're feeling in her "mirror neurons" and gets good emotions from you as well.

(I'll post up a video on this topic from Daniel Goleman below...)

Anyway I've got some great programs coming up, including 2 new ones I added to the schedule in Southern California with Julien.  This is one of the last times I'll be teaching Bootcamps with Julien this year so if you want to take a Bootcamp with both of us at the same time GET ON THE DAMNED TRAIN!

All my events will be ultra life changing of course, and here's the list coming up...

EXTERNAL RESOURCE OF THE WEEK

Given that "natural game" is all about the "law of state transference" I thought I'd include none other than an interview with Daniel Goleman.

He's the author of "Emotional Intelligence" and "Social Intelligence".

The guy isn't gonna have the same type of swagger you're accustomed to from an RSD instructor, but I absolutely love how he's drawn so much attention in the mainstream to the concept of emotional and social intelligence.

You'd definitely do well to check this out to be introduced to his work...

So now that you have this as a focus, try to keep it in your head over the coming weeks and see how you improve.

<>==============================<>

Okay I'm out!

Off to the gym and gonna continue to work work work.

Next week's vid is gonna be pretty exciting stuff on selective focus, it's got a lot of funny moments in it I'm sure you're gonna enjoy.

I'd be psyched!

PLEASE HIT ME UP WITH COMMENTS ABOUT GOING NATURAL, YOUR EXPERIENCES TALKING AND TALKING, AND EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE.

I READ THE COMMENTS AND WANT TO KNOW WHAT YOU THINK!

Thanks so much for reading and have an amazing day!

I'll see you soon!

This is actually pretty awesome this talking forever is something i have really been looking for.  I see alot of my natural friends that are able to spout some of the biggest crap ever but they keep this fun vibe while they do it and its pretty cool.

Keep up the good work

at minute 9:41 I had to pause it my brain trigger a thought process that ended up in me imagining my next artwork and suprisingly it has nothing to do with pickup but with human beings and nature.

crazy.

Great video! I've been working on this as of late. I've had some experiences where i was talking to a girl about something that i was interested in like business, or the universe ect. and it killed the vibe because it actually made the girl start thinking analytically, which in my experience is the quickest way not to get laid lol.

Now that i think about it though the sexual energy that i had before ceased when i started talking about things i actually wanted to talk about lol. I wanted the girls to engage me in an "intelectual" conversation about whatever it was that was on my mind and although i was interested in it there was no sexual energy behind it.

so maybe #6- always be pimping... ?

WOW. I know you've said you've come a long way since you began doing video-blogs, but after I watched that first one I can say, dude, you're on a totally different level now! It's like night and day, amateur an pro

Emotional Intelligence and the ability to talk more easily is a funny topic. It's HILARIOUS, I've noticed even ever since I've gotten into self-development that when I don't socialize a substantial amount (atleast a couple hours a day) for a few days the ability to converse in the simplest way becomes difficult. Like making a little eye contact with some random, average jane, and it's funny to see how socially awkward I can be and then five days later be pretty switched on. I'm a little more introverted than extroverted so that shit atrophies, fast! On the flip side, when I'm socilaizing regularly I notice, BOOM, the words and just as importantly the listening comes back.

A key thing that you may want to bring up on this topic if you haven't already is active listening( listening with giving proof youve heard what they said making them feel understood). Very textbook psychology, but it's great tool for guys who have trouble staying in the moment or are more introverted dudes. When you focus on listening, talking is easy! I know it's not practical in all situations(like the club) but in quieter locations I've noticed it's definitely an asset and immediately solves the problem of thinking what to say. The obvious pitfall would be  falling into the friends frame if you're only listening as that can lack masculine polarity and seem feminine...

Cheers from Winnipeg!

Great material. You deliver as always!

Could you make a post or a video about nutrition?

Not just theory about nutrition, but could you give us an example of your weekly dinners etc?

I may add aswell that people need to be carefull of having a lot to say for the wrong reasons, for exemple: I m talking to a girl and I say some off the wall sexual shit completely uncalibrated and she runs away or she has a weird response, and when I think about it, I come to the conclusion that the only reason I said it was to make her think "oh this guy just doesnt care what he has to say, he is so alfa", basically I was seeking reaction and was only saying it for her to have a certain idea of who I want to become.

But there are other times where I am completely genuine in some agressive sexual joke I say and she runs away, but in those situations I dont care if she doesnt like it coz I will stil laugh my ass off at what I said.

I love your stuff! But there are several cases from real life where I have problems applying this.

It is easy to talk to strangers, because everything is new. But how about friends, girlfriends, family? They usually don't want to hear about pickup or personal development in general, they already know what you do for a living, all places you have been to etc. They already know you. You have already told them every story you have, and you already know everything about them too. How do you proceed from there? Telling them about when you did the dishes yesterday?

Sitting down with your friends, feeling that no one has anything to say, you just say something random, some weird stuff you think is fun. You have the energy, and you believe in what you say. But still... No one else thinks it's fun, and people just wonder "what is his problem"?

And what do you do when someone is a real bore? Do you have a two hour long monologue, still enjoying yourself? Lol! ;)

great stuff

when the newbie product will come out?

my experience of going natural vs routines (3yr field)

for me using routines what great inspiration to start then gratitude about that. it was part of the process. as being overlycreppy physical was part of the process . and fucking the warmup was part of the process.

good side:  storytelling skills ... being comfortable being the center of attention, non verbal stuff

the bad side of routines: the belief of needing to demonstrate higher value (i can''t unwire that one totally yet)

anyway back to a more "natural" style of game (i'm enough) .. i started to naturally become more chill and the main point of the cold approach became BEING GOOD AT BUYING MYSELF SOME TIME ... and if in the begginning being an attention was a sticking point... now getting the attention of the girl is not so bad as a skill ... i know i'm good for her... but i only need to earn 1 minute to unblock her bydefault resistance, routines are good doing that because are desinged to mess up with the attention of girls... routines help me to earn some time in difficult situations (but at the core i know that when i will be alone with the girl i'll be comfortable with my true self) ...

i also like routines once in a while because they are fun and when i'm scared to approach in the beginning of the night (in clubs i go natural in the beginning of the night but in my city most the venues are restaurants/wine bars/terraces and the group situation needs some locking-in work - not as DHV but to bypass initial barriers)

i don't know at what point is negative to use routines as a "earning some time" strategy (like time constraints) once you're more advanced

Russel brand says something similiar when you decribe about gushing water through a hole and the magic about the now - He says that all he wants to do is have a connection with people that is real, to have a sense of truth and enlignment that - this is it, this is life and its happenning now and if you cant be beautiful in every moment  or interaction, if you can't be a representive of a higher thing or an awareness of something magical even if it is a moment, a moment that will never again be created...then your not living. Your merly filing an allocated space of go to work, sit down, shut up, go to bed, get up again. And you can puncture that at any moment (but not storming washington dc) but just the refusal to except the circumatances meated out to you, even a moment playing with a child, something in an everyday exchange there is a utopian. And he says that this is why revolution is appealing because it takes it to its natural conclusion and hints at a uptoia. And that this is here constanly but we dont allow it and get in the way of it, like people say with God that hes every present. So like revolution is not about doing its about stopping and the same with creativity and natural game - do nothing and it will flood in.

P.s. I think you should release a RSD condom pack, each condom has the face of a Rsd intructor on it, just putting it out there.

The Lil wayne referance was fucking money.

"Tunechi in this bitch, e’rybody should be worried
Them niggas be purring, bitches be digging me I feel buried
And if she make this dick hard, she woke up a sleeping giant
Man your speak in tongues every time we speak in private
Hope your barber shop open cause we got hair triggers
Smoke so much that Smokey the Bear, have to bear with us
And that Jeep with the doors off that means that sleek
All these bitches think they’re the shit, I sent them up shits creek
You see Tunechi right here, give me brain ideas
It’s ok if you turn up just don’t turn off my light years"

I really liked this video a lot . I 've noticed though that through meditation and working at a job that demands me to be social and loud, I "naturally" assume the million dollar mouthpiece and hold a strong frame as if it's part of my personality. I'm contrasting this to when I just started game I tried to use million dollar mouthpiece as a TECHNIQUE and it was much harder to generate conversation and I often had to generate STATE to get a million dollar mouth piece.  when in reality it's just a state of mind that comes from your positive ecosystem/abundant mentality - but you have to be practicing some sort of present moment activity and go out or be in social environments often.

That emotional intelligence video is golden. I also believe its SO important and though't I was just justifying that it was for some reason. But it's defenitly true. Kind of taught in a boring way like you said but the content is still really good.

Nice posting your first video. I was actually just wondering what your first video must have looked like.

I was thinking it would be funny to put together a video of the most epic rejections kinda in the style of the skate board nut slam videos. That shit would be hilarious man!

Owen, I don't usually comment on your updates but this was one of the most interesting enjoyable ones I've ever seen!  Thankyou!

Something that didn't sit that well with me with Emotional Intelligence though was how much importance Goleman placed on early years and childhood.  I think it can put the idea in peoples heads that change is impossible or very very difficult.  Did anyone else notice this?

I used some openers in the beginning of my journey, but I quit pretty soon. There are many good concepts in the MM, but using routines wasn't one of them for me. To be honest I always had problems using routines. I didn't want to learn them, the idea of studying some kind of pre-written interaction always felt kind of weird to me and it also shoved me in my head. It made feel insecure because I worried about delivering the material to the girl in a proper way. Now, all of sudden I thought that game is about spitting some golden, magical lines that will open some delicious vagina for me^^ It made me worry about my verbal content. It distracted me from paying attention to the subcommunications. I know for a lot of newbies routines & openers are pretty helpful. It gives them something they can grasp on. A security to go and talk to women, but people are different. I always had a big mouth and I didn't really had problems with talking. My biggest problem was actually being too nice to women. I've grew up with a single mother, without a father. So, I always thought you have to be just nice to women. I didn't knew how to treat them and I also felt a little insecure around beautiful women. I think the ability of talking shit for a longer period of time is necessary in this game. At least in the long run. Sure, you can just go on the dancefloor and try your luck with cavemanning a chick, but when you want to become more solid you have to learn to use your mouth as a tool. It's a form of expression besides body language and being physical. And it's especially crucial when you go for a more drawn-out style of game like Alex. You need the ability to ratatatatatat with your million dollar mouth piece as Jeffy likes to say. You show a girl that you are a cool and confident guy for longer period of time. When you say something funny she will think the joke is funny, but when you keep saying funny things over a longer period of time she willl think that you are funny.
I like this old saying from Juggler that you should be able to tell a thrilling story about your grocery list. It's not about the content. It's the way about how you convey it largley. Whatever you might think that women are buying into, they buying something else. They don't buy your content, they buying you. They buy your vibe. They like it when you get excited about a topic, because that's how they get to know the real you. And the faster she will get to know the real you the faster she will sleep with you. Don't hold back, not even in bed. Let it all out. She will feel closer to you.
Regarding your Rap analogy, you're right about Lil Wayne. I don't like his music that much (besides the Carter II) and he's a weird drug addict. BTW: LOL! On how you suggest that Baby Birdman was hooking him on Sizzurp. Could be possible... it's all about the benjamins for this guy I guess^^
However, he quit writing a couple years ago. He just spits his rhymes out the top of his head in the studio. Jay-Z do the same, but he's the better lyricist (and the better musician IMO). But not everybody can be Jigga. If you try to be Jigga you start to worry about the things that you say. So, be Lil Wayne instead. Forget the content just have fun and suck the girl in your reality. If you want to pay attention on something in the field interacting with women, than pay attention on the flow instead of the lyrics. I mean by that: express yourself freely

Great post. I struggle with this the longer the interaction goes on which is why I always try to make that first approach as quick as possible and go for the number. Maybe I'll begin to push that first approach more and perhaps go for the instant date instead. Cheers, Tyler.
