Okay so shooting into today's 2 videos, I've got this first one that I posted only a few days ago on my Youtube channel and and already has 12,000 views and a ton of positive feedback.
I was really surprised because it was one of those videos where I very nearly didn't put it out just cause I thought the topic might not interest people -- was even the one time I've ever read a "negative review" of the Free Tour on RSDN. :)
http://www.rsdnation.com/node/237789?
LOL so yeah I guess I figured it was more interesting to me than other people, but I decided to cut it and throw it out there anyway and I guess I'm glad I did.
The topic is on "how you talk to yourself" and basically explains the method I use not to take myself or life too seriously.
Now also remember that this is a paradox, because you SHOULD take your life seriously, and yet also keep a good perspective.
And that's what leads to the NEXT video which is on the topic of taking things VERY seriously. :)
I decided to throw videos of my kids into the video as well, to really hammer that as your life increases in responsibility, you'll need to work progressively to produce better results.
(IOW it's easy to be like "Yeah fuck everything, life is a big joke..." until you have kids who rely on you...)
Funny enough, for me having kids wasn't any big change in responsibility, because I already run a business.
But it increased the stakes as far as me NOT being allowed to fuck up.
I think many guys probably fear having kids for this reason, but it actually increases your happiness overall. It's amazing how NOT HAVING A CHOICE but to produce results is actually EASIER than giving yourself the option not to, and then questioning yourself.
It's the same reason I go to the gym every day "come hell or high water, no matter what..." or that I post on RSDN every Wednesday no matter how busy I am. By stripping myself of the option to NOT do it, it's actually EASIER.
I tend to think that having kids is a natural part of your evolution, and that if you deny yourself this there's a lot you will lose out on. But then again if you didn't have kids, you could do other things that could substitute their role in your life.
Oh and P.S.. on this, the reason I often mention my kids are "accidents" is because almost everyone I know has had abortions at one point or other, so I like showing people that you DO have a choice if you want to keep the kid. I hope by people seeing my kids they think a bit about their decisions. I personally have zero judgement on what people do and don't care at all, but I like people to at least realize they have the option.
I was personally in massive financial debt (half a million) at the beginning of the 2008 recession and didn't see much option to keep Vincent at the time, but decided that I'd have to FIND A WAY to do it. This lead to me creating the Hot Seat, Free Tour, Video Blogs, RSDN 2.0 that you read here, and World Summit. If I hadn't decided to keep Vincent NONE OF THESE THINGS WOULD EXIST.
Now I'm sitting here in an opposite (and much more positive / relaxing) financial situation -- so keep that in mind when you think not taking on more responsibility is "fun". Yeah it's more leisurely in the short term, but over the long term you lose out on a SATISFYING LIFE.
I don't even care about the kids aspect of this equation, but rather just as far as pushing yourself in general. :)
Anyway thought the 2 vids would make an interesting contrast in content and vibe, showing 2 sides of the same coin -- intent + freedom from outcome.
Video #1 is about freedom from outcome, video #2 is about execution of your intent!
<>==================<>
Okay I'm off to go shoot around Chicago, maybe record a few vids.
Please let me know what you thought of the "self talk" and "would and could" talks, and hit me back with your thoughts! I want to know what you think! Let me know!
I'll be back next week with 2 short clips from World Summit, and I'll see you soon!
Thanks for reading! Have fun!

I heard you mention how you didn't think much of the bizarre voices video, but on my best nights out I am:
1) Also extremely aware of my inner dialogue
2) Aware enough to filter everything through a retarded script that makes me LAUGH my ass off and get results
So from my pov it is fuckin important. Glad you brought it up. Also makes me wonder what other videos you haven't released that you didn't think were up to par but that EVERYONE ELSE WILL LOVE. :p

For me, the most interresting bit of information of the first video comes at 25:05 - 25:40; you say something like "A girl you would want to keep around, you are only gonna hit it off once every year or once every six months or something like that with!" That taking into account you are advanced and go out a lot (but considering you have a "specific taste", whatever that means).
That coincides with my experience of the first year or so in the game - I hoped rates would go up later on though...! It also coincides with the experience of my wings, who haven't met a girl like that yet. Had a discussion about that recently.
Not good to know that those girls are STILL that rare, even when you have Owen-like game, but hey - glad I heard your perspective on that one, there are not too many people on that level who would be able to give me their take on it!
Oh, and the end of that second video - now that's the holy grail of self amusement, ha...!

The second video is like a realignment of focus and thoughts. I set a personal schedule of habits, goals and focuses to achieve on either a daily or weekly basis. I often find your videos not only pump state but give me great encouragement. It's a reminder of why I push everyday, to achieve something far bigger than the current concept of myself.
The way you set no excuses for yourself and your counter pop culture lifestyle is a trait that I've taken to heart. I see the value of gradual progress and you force your audience to reflect upon their own life which results in two outcomes, you can either be honest or deliberately hide behind denial. It's helped me make changes in my own life. Everyday I wake with the goal of giving as much as I can and every night my last thought before falling asleep is hoping that I wake in order to give more tomorrow.
Thank you for the value, the inspiration and the no bullshit attitude.

LMFAO DUDE THESE VIDEOS ARE GENIUS! I don;t know why i thought about these quotes when watching, so i decided to add them to the comment :)
“Fictions are necessary for the people, and the Truth becomes deadly to those who are not strong enough to contemplate it in all its brilliance. In fact, what can there be in common between the vile multitude and sublime wisdom? The Truth must be kept secret, and the masses need a teaching proportioned to their imperfect reason.”
― Albert Pike
this quote is true and troubling at the same time...
“That which causes us trials shall yield us triumph: and that which make our hearts ache shall fill us with gladness. The only true happiness is to learn, to advance, and to improve: which could not happen unless we had commenced with error, ignorance, and imperfection. We must pass through the darkness, to reach the light.”
― Albert Pike
this is more of a common sense quote, stated nicely :)
“What we have done for ourselves alone dies with us; what we have done for others and the world remains and is immortal.”
― Albert Pike
i love this quote... cuz i really do care about the world and don't want it to be fucked up, even though i don't believe in scrafice...

If Tyler went on Joe Rogan's podcast, i'd totallly fucken watch that... but I don't think that"s ever going to happen... but who knows... I don't think Tyler would do it because it's probably not the best forum for him to advance his work... I view Joe Rogan as a crazy mofo and I think he's awesome cuz of his stand-up comedy... and the fact that he shit-talks fear-factor for all the fucked up shit they make people do like drink donkey semen and piss... imagine little fucken girls watching that shit, they're like 12, i mean WHAT THE FUCK, i think that's fucked up and moves people toward the fucked up mentality and lifestyle of real evil corruption, that I think is corrupt as fuckkkkkk (yes, personal opinion), where people have a lesser and lesser degree of awareness and sense of what's good and bad and not like some fucken religious generalizations, but based on experience, i mean like WTF... there is evil in the world dude.... real evil... i think so at least... lol im only responsible for myslef and others are for themselves, but i still get disturbed and angry... anyways, wtf am I saying........lol yea, cuz i got nothing better to do right now, so more of my musings..... Tyler is way smarter then Joe Rogan in my opinion and even though Joe is more "socially accmomplished", Tyler's work has had more life-changing impact on peoples lives, like wayyyyyy fucken more, my guess is.... I mean if it weren't for the existence of RSD, not even Tyler himself, but RSD, i would be a different person right now... bottom line if there is one, Joe Rogan and Tyler are two radically different people, and I doubt that podcast will ever be created, all though, like I said, who the fuck knows......lol

It is probable that Tyler has seen breakthroughs happening at the same time in different fields. As he develops his body his business develops, as he develops his pimpitry his brain develops and his business and his views on health etc.. So if you are smart; pushing yourself hard in one aspect of your life can help other aspects to aslo start shining.. ?! I don't think it happens automatic but it could happen if you focus on it...
anyways.. along the lines of dedication and pushing yourself you guys should check this out.

In the case with the group that doesn't make me laugh, I tend to just observe them (and not laugh) cause I always feel like such a when I force myself to laugh at something I don't find funny. It's like this feeling of betrayal to myself.
And it feels great when I don't LOL

especially, how you indirectly mock these guys on those troll hate forums. And I think you are right. To be honest, I can't feel much pity for those guys. I take action, I go out, I put myself outhere, I win, I fail, I deal with shit and I can't feel much sympathy for a bunch of fags who sit all day long at home writing 3000 posts about how they are little pussys, who don't step up and therefore not getting laid. I'm not mad about somebody who's really insecure and has really a lot of other issues, as long as he's willing to fight. But giving up? This is no choice. Giving up doesn't even exist in my vocabulary. I can't stand this stupid complaining about looks, being rich or how this is a numbers game.
First of all, it doesn't matter if this is a numbers game or not. You still have to make the lay happen. You get better with time and numbers start to play a little more in your favor, but you will never eliminate the randomness out of this game. When I'm talking to ten woman and I meet later a girl for a date who looks like Keira Knightley (I'm not exaggerating, happened to me last week, altough I didn't end up shagging her) who gives a fuck that I have to talk to the other nine women? I still talk to a bunch of beautiful women. Feel their energy and their beauty. It still feels good, I still feel like a man who go for what he wants. And you still sitting at mamas cellar, still not taking action, still not getting laid, still troll on forums and rationalize how it would actually feel like, if you would talk to a girl once in your lifetime...
I admit I wasn't so sure about the looks thing first. I still think if you really good looking and have an interesting personality you probably will pull more, but if you just take care for yourself and make the best out of yourself, even if you not looking like Brad, you still get a decent share.
There is this one incident I will never forget, I was going to the subway and saw this couple... She was beautiful,
tall, brown long hair, a real stunner, like an actress. He was short, ugly, fat, had long scruffy hair, bad clothes and looked like a failed heavy metal bass singer. But still their were making out with each other. It was just weird, almost surreal. I can't forget this scene, I was like... god seriously? this guy? I'm this self actualized, good looking guy, who works hard on his self improvement and this guy pulls this dime peace?! You're kidding me...
Another thing is this guy at my work. He's fat, ugly, sweating, smelly, balding at the age of 22, but is still married to a pretty woman. Ok, he's married, obviously this helped her decision to be with him. But still...
this is how it looks like when a typical self improvement and pua hater pity himself...^^
this is how a self actualized guy look like...
nööööö, I don't wanna approatsch, I don't wanna approatsch....
Ma egooo, it hurrrts sooo much.
I get destroyed... aaaahhhhhh
You have to lose your ego, so you can try new things. So you can grow and form your personality.
If you get butthurt from every rejection you will not acchieve really much in this game and in life overall.
This is not new age voodoo. This is common sense.
Second video was better...
I like your rambling about this self improvment stuff. It takes time and it need repetition. Either if you want to get smarter, more jacked, more successfull with women or earn more money it comes down to these two things.
It doesn't sound fancy and it don't sprinkle sparks out of your ass when you self improve. Consistentcy isn't really exciting, it's just crucial.
BTW: I'm just finishing my Maxwell Maltz - Psycho Cybernetics audiobook^^

the first video helped me to see the final puzzle of emotional mastery,
it felt like opening my eyes and realizing I have a million dollars, this shit is incredible
First result:feeding frenzy with different girls following me around the club and offering afterparties at their places
with me pulling one of the best looking ones
You can't imagine what a huge problem I had in life with being too hard on myself,
even to the point of being paralysed by my own negative thought loops
Maybe we'll meet someday, I know like-minded people converge at some point,
but knowing you... it'll probably be inside of a girl
