One vid I always fall back on all the time is the "willpower vs good emotions" one, this vid seems like it's touching on the good emotions part whereas the ones on standards or beating yourself up touch on the willpower element.
One thing I don't understand is if you are aiming for a fun care-free headspace why you'd beat yourself up at all, seems like it would poison that attitude.

I can have pretty nice polarity and girls would act accordingly, but as soon as I thought I was ' gaming' and 'spinning the magic' everything crumbles apart horribly (cause I suck at that stuff) and I never could figure out why, THIS IS IT! Going from congruent to incongruent in 2 seconds flat and way more stuff!
I really AM enough! (But I do need to work on a lot of stuff! ;D)

Its gospel. One of the things I have noticed with better game and more experience is seeing fellas run game, get them worked up, and being able to swoop in; the black brad pitt checking in; pull, and head for the exit.
Let others work them up and swoop in. Timing is everything with game or business and life.

Anyways, the polarity concept is really big for me, its what I think fuels my game. I lost it a bit these last few months due to a multitude of reasons but I can still see it and I know when I just have that full confidence in my self from grinding away and being hurt but comming back I have that polarity. cool shit.

You mention you're quite the bookworm.
I gotta ask, how do you approach reading overall? Do you attempt to tackle a new read once every few days, or do you burn through books much more quickly? My friend's dad would crack open a new book every morning and would make sure to finish it before he went to bed; much to the dismay of his wife. If the book was over 500 pages he would take about two days to finish it; but admittedly would see him do this on a constant basis.
...or, do you juggle multiple books at the same time? If so, do you try to piece similar reads? Or are you one to read three different subjects at the same time?
I ask because as a university student here in L.A. (w/ finals this week), it's tough to read for leisure on top of the required readings for my major. Currently i'm reading about 9 books for classes (which i'm pretty much done with), and (re-reading) the Covey 7 Habits book.

Regarding the second video where you talk about the guy losing the girl.....THAT HAPPENED TO ME LAST WEEKEND IN AUSTIN! I went up there for the Alex Free Tour and I was talking to a cute girl, we were getting along, I asked her if she wanted to get a drink with me, took her to the bar and when I turned around she's talking to a MASSIVE dude. LOL. I come to find out he's an ex-NFL wide receiver. He's literally twice her age. She was 25 and he's about 50.
Anyway, I decided to engage him, stay in and see what happens. My buddy comes up and I start to engage him for a little bit. I turned around and it was like her and the NFL guy had turbo packs on them. I engaged my buddy for 5 seconds and they were already 30 yeards away from me. LOL.
I ran into that guy in the bathroom later on and it turns out that he lost her to a guy in the band. LOL. Chicks! Man! In fairness, she told me she had a crush on the guy in the band, so what are you gonna do? I made a half-assed attempt to look for her, but I never saw her, again.

You are totally right about women forcing us to have fun.. that's something i realized a while back. That's something to be thankful about because of and from women.
Polarity vs technique is such a great concept. Really glad you discussed it coz i wasn't clear on it at all. I think that is what Alex also talks about by "being enough" (you might have talked about it before, but not sure).
As you said it is great to have both..and true i have seen other guys "take what i build up" in my amazement..and i might have done that too. That is something tough to get our head wrapped around.
All in all it is good and fun, and it is what it is.

I feel like eye contact is the most important part of polarity. My voice kinda sucks most of the time in terms of loudness or tone, but girls often can tell I'm hitting on them b/c of my eye contact. I think that's interesting. So I think that relates to your "man of few words" opener.

It's so sureal...
I was sitting in a club with some friends and saw a girl I was like madly attracted too at another table, anyways I started looking at her right in the eyes. Fully present and honestly really happy and fuuully content with myself, my friend was like "wth are you doing? thats so creepy..".
She starts hardcore reacting to me, almost like we where speaking.
Anyways I turn around and just keep smiling so fucking chill, 30 seconds later my friend goes "WTF did you do? she keeps staring at us". Like 5 seconds later her friend comes along and goes like "what the fuck, go talk to her already!". I whip up my Beavis laugh ehuhu stand up and approach. She hardcore validate herself non stop, I even won over one of their friends to such as extent she said "their both single fuck away".
I've been analyzing how I came to that point and how to integrate how to be fully content withoutself as a habit, where it's needed. I've narrowed it down to simply replacing a habit, not sure how this reflext on how in state you are. In certain situations where I engage conversations with new people my speech got stifled, so I've been forcing myself triggering a mental footnote containing the feeling of "calm down your enough".
Moments where I previously got stifled/insecure I internalized that feeling and I've been forcing myself to just get in to state / chilling the hell down. Like focusing on a goal, who knows it might even be screening or simply being unreacting. I simply take a moment to relax myself instead of rushing out an answer where I'm not fully content. That somehow draws people in and create mass attraction. It just works.....
The more effort you put in and you create those routines that truly allows you to grow as a person that can achiveve a certain goal is immense.

ive recognise in the past that whenever ive been "on my path" is when ive done the best with women.
however, atm, i can be super pumped about a goal or project and be "on my path" then wake up a few days or a week later and completley forget about it or get complacent... how do you stay so focused and on point?

Man, everything makes perfect sense to me!
I actually just got back home from the bars and throughout the night had this one girl who was really attracted to me but this other guy was also trying to win her over and whenever he came, I felt like I had less value and eventually made it into a self fulfilling prophecy and lost her to him!
I can definitely sense that it was not because my technique was off but rather that I was not polarizing enough. I just realized the other day that by going out this much, I have really lost sight of my purpose in life - which is to become a clinical psychologist and bring the baseline happiness of this world to a higher level than when I entered it, and I really think losing sight of that makes me more approval seeking when I'm out.

I've basically done what Tony Robbins teaches and really found out what it is that I want my life to be like when I die.
After that I've write down what goals I have to achieve to get that and then linked massive pain and pleasure to the goals by writing down 5 reasons to why I want the goal (the pleasures) and then writing the consequenes to not achieving them (pain). Then I read them everyday to make sure that I feel the emotions associated with them.
Motivation is emotional and use the emotions of pain and pleasure to create some empowering habits that does not require willpower as much as you are drawn towards it just by thinking about it.

Well, inside the relationship there is a lot of work to be made, it is not just about polarity. Each girl is different, and in a long relationship you have a lot of time to "work" with the girl, not only take her for granted.
If your relationship's evolution has gone from "average" in the beginnig to a degree of understanding each other where almost no words or explanations are needed (like Neo seeing the matrix XD), there is an extremely small change that any new guy who comes around can be so lucky as to fulfill her in that area.
On the other hand (and usually at the same time) if you have developed your sexual relationships to the point where it's almost impossible that the next guy can give her as much pleasure as you (and this is not that difficult, there is lots of information out there and you are practicing EVERY DAY...) I mean, each woman has some special sexual preferences, the guy that she cheats with would have to be extremely lucky to give her half of the pleasure that you do.
I mean it's not that difficult, the problem is that most guys don't even try, they just get the girlfriend and it's done. Actually once you have the girlfriend is when the real challenge begins...

i want some explanation of you...i use to somke not a lot maybe 8 or 7 cigars a day and a lot when i am out and drinking.....but one thing thats make me pull tens all the time,its when i go out and hold smoking back get that tension of no smoke,that makes me amizing center in my self and talk over girls what i need to care a little bit about is to not get angry but having fun....its amazing,i dont know why i use as a "technic" but always work always pull ten or the diamond of the club,and i can replicate over and over again.the funny thing is my night feels more fun when i someke and drink and mess arround but the quality of girls decrease to 6 or 7"s.
