Todd's Blog
Hello again!
Todd here, back with my second installment on the front page, and today you are in for a special treat because I’ve prepared an Inner Circle Mission Impossible video for you. Normally these video missions will be distributed ONLY to Inner Circle members as one part of your monthly membership. To see the other monthly benefits, have a look at my previous video here: http://www.rsdinnercircle.com
For those of you lucky enough to be in a city where I’ve been running a beta-test group, we’ll be arranging a gathering soon where you can do this mission along with local wingmen. But I encourage everyone to go out and give it a try. Get out in the field, push your comfort zone, and report back to RSDNation. I’ll start a thread for this mission and try to reply regularly to your questions and field reports as they come in.
Before I get into the video itself I wanted to take a chance to answer a couple of questions about Inner Circle that I’ve been hearing a lot since last week. Actually these were answered by Papa in the last thread, but I keep hearing the questions so I think it bears repeating.
Q. I’m interested in signing up for a leadership role. How do I interview?
A. Interviews will take place with people who sign up for RSD Inner Circle on or after August 29.
Q. I live in a small city. Will we have a chapter?
A. Any city in the world will be able to participate in both local and global events, but the larger cities will have more visits by RSD Instructors. The schedule of programs will be determined based upon how many people signup in each city whereby cities with more members will have more benefits.
Q. How much does inner circle cost?
A. Full details will be given out on August 29th; however, we expect that it will probably be priced around $30/month for a full membership to RSD Inner Circle.
Okay, so on to the video itself:
The theme for this mission impossible assignment is stopping moving sets. Most guys miss tons of opportunities in the daytime because they either refuse to, or don’t know how to, stop moving sets. As someone who has always done a ton of daygame and has been approaching moving sets from day one, I find this to be a massive waste.
In this video I break down every aspect of how to stop a moving set, from psychology, to body language, to distance and spacing and voice. I even give physical demonstrations of spacing and angles using an assistant. I end with a mission for you to go out, either alone or with a wingman, and practice moving set approaches on your own. This is a good example of what an Inner Circle mission impossible video will be like.
Keep an eye out for information regarding Inner Circle on the forums over the coming weeks as we’ll be looking for a final round of feedback before the official launch. For more information on RSD Inner Circle, check out the video I created all about it and get on our VIP Interest List by visiting: http://www.rsdinnercircle.com
For those of you experiencing this as text only, the mission is to approach four moving sets, show intent, and attempt to instant date or number close. If you successfully get an instant-date, that also counts as completing the mission, even if it’s your first set.
And the biggest points about stopping moving sets are:
1. Assume that they will stop
2. Chase with your voice rather than your feet
3. Make her stop rather than having the half-mile walk to nowhere
4. Figure out her logistics (instant-date vs. phone number)
5. Time constrain yourself as necessary
6. If all else fails, chase like a desperate madman because you have nothing to lose (aka be persistent)
The second video I’m bringing you today comes from a revelation I had this weekend on bootcamp. I had one of the worst nights of bootcamp in a long time on Friday, at least in terms of my own personal in-field performance. And ironically the reason it went poorly was that I had done so well the previous week that I was almost literally expecting girls to fall over at my feet just because I had showed up and said “hi” to them.
Obviously it doesn’t work like that. On the flipside, I came up with two good twitter posts about this concept, which you can see at https://twitter.com/rsdtodd … where I share my favorite lines and Insights on a regular basis. If you are more of a facebook person, all my tweets are also at http://www.facebook.com/RSDTodd
In any case, this was pretty frustrating to me, but it really made me realize that no one is above the process.
The theme of the blog is Entitlement vs. Complacency.
In a very life following art sort of moment, two interesting things happened while shooting the blog.
1. I overslept and almost had to leave Chicago before shooting the blog, so in the end I shot in front of a big phallic column in a random park rather than a magnificent scene on the waterfront as previously intended.
2. After I finished shooting the blog, a random guy addressed me and said “I was wondering if someone would feel entitled to your wallet with you being so complacent.” And he indicated my wallet lying on the ground behind me as I had shot the blog. OOPS!
In the end I didn’t lose my wallet or miss the plane (made it with one minute to spare!). And although I shot the video blog in one take, I think it came out really well in terms of the speaking. ENJOY!
So while I still clearly need work on my video skills, I think there were a lot of great concepts in these two videos. From the second one, the biggest thing I can emphasize is that game will always be about fundamentals first and foremost, and that nobody is above the process, no matter who they are or how long they’ve been doing this.
Hope you guys enjoyed the blog and I look forward to your questions and comments. In particular I really look forward to questions and comments regarding Inner Circle, and to updates from those of you who go out and do the Mission Impossible and report on RSD Nation.
Until next time,
-Todd

Todd, Leicester square is pretty simple. Maybe try Trafulgar square or Russell Square. They are great places for day game. It doesn't matter where and you meet loads of foreign women. Its as if you were doing cold approach in say Heathrow International. Even still, it doesn't secure success with perfect tight game This impossible mission you speak of I will give a try. I do most of day game when I go out so, pick up isn't necessarily going to a bar or at a club. It can be but, it could be a venture to the gym or going for a drive to the lake. I just try to make it part of my life. Thanks for the video blog.

BUT
Of course, you don't want to do this forever. When you got this thing down, you're also get frustrated. Because now you've got all this interactions with hot and cute girls that end up nowhere. You got the directions and now you have to leave the interaction... it sucks, of course. So, the next thing is to just be real and tell the girl why you stopped her in the first place. You ask for directions, if she response nice, then you tell her truth. This is not as easy as it might sounds, because you still have to overcome your fears in stating your true intentions. And aditionally you have the pressure to tell her the truth as fast as possible. You have to catch yourself in realtime. The more you wait, the weirder it becomes. But it's still easier to hit on her when you already are in an interaction with her, then to just stop her out of nowhere and hitting on her full mode. If you do it right you come off as a natural cute guy who normally wouldn't approach every girl on the street but made a exception because she is so speciall. Et voila! Your first number. This needs a little practice, but with all things in pick up. You learn it step by step, just trust the process! Trusting the process is a key thing to get successful and stay motivated in this game. WORSHIP YOUR LITTLE VICTORIES!
THE IDEAL
But the best way to pick up chicks during the day, is how Todd recommend it. Just stop them, do your opener and chat a little till you get them to an instantdate or get the number. It doesn't really matter what you say, it's more the overall vibe that you giving off. Your bodylanguage, your voice, your gestures. But it should be clearly that you a man with intent and that you basically wanna fuck them at some point. The way you do it is your choice, but I like to be a little more elegant and smooth with this stuff. I often say stuff like excuse me, I don't wanna creep you out, but I like your style, you're cute, something like that. It might sounds a little apologetic, but it still conveys what I want and it doesn't come from the frame that I'm scared to say what I want to say. Of course you can ante up the heat and say more outrageous things like you're fuckin gorgeous, I wanna fuck you and so on... but what's the point of that? If you want to expand your comfort zone, that's nice. But if you want results, you just should make the girls comfortable with your presence and the idea to sleep with you. You have to ease them a little bit, they don't know you yet. In this case, less is more. Yes, women want to meet cool guys, but they still don't want to get raped and killed by a lunatic sociopath... so just be chill, so she can relax.
But I don't know what to say... well, first you give a direct opener in a dominating breaking rapport kind of voice, then you make assumptions about them, for example you look like a student, you look like you coming from work, you look like you running your errands, go shopping etc. Then of course you ask them what they're about to do. That's actually enough ammunition to talk about. Stop, talk and lead the interaction. Leading is also pretty important. She should follow you, not the other way around. If she's going down the street and you running next to her, you babble her from the side, but she won't stop for you and just give you the little brush-off kind of responses. Then you do something wrong. You must get her attention, she must pay attention to you first!
I still think daygame is somewhat like the coronation of game. Usually, there is no booze involved. You probably not in your party-pimp-persona mood yet. You're alone, it's bright, you feel like everybody know what you're doing. So, it's really a challenge, but you learn massively from it!
I guess many Dudes who do daygame, started out in a nightclub first. Nightclubs and bars are good starting points to learn how to interact with women in general, from there you take it to the next level and do daygame. It also helps you in the nightgame again, because if you can approach sober in the day. Guess what, you can approach pretty easy in the night. Regardless if you sober or not.

I completely agree with the whole 'belief' cocept. Punching through the wall with your mind.
The best place in the world to practice moving sets is Oxford Street london. Funnily enough it seems easier when its really busy. Like Todd mentions, if you walk through leicester square you will see atleast 2-3 guys stopping guys in order to seduce them, I GUESS..
Other things I do is small movements as though Im walking away, lead once. "Hey look into this shop window." A little persuasive dance of slow subtle leading and moving around.
it takes time to get relaxed during the day but its so worth it as you can get some instant results whereas at night you get so many more factors to deal with, friends, favourite song coming on etc. Once you get going you will actively look for hot girls, the fear turns into excitement.

Personally, I prefer the tap because it feels less awkward, less stand-offish, more natural and it works nine times out of ten. I don't want to cut off a girls exit possibility, if she doesn't wanna talk to me. I don't say that the stop doesn't work. I think it's great to expand your comfort zone and I know dem London Boys do pretty well in daygame, but don't cry me a river that it's the only way you can approach a girl. In the end of the day, it all comes down to the core fundamentals. If you see a girl that you really like to approach, you will find a way to get it done. period
And I still stick to my recommendation. If you can do a direct approach right off the bat, that's great. That's even better, go ahead. But if you just can't get it done. It's better to start with simple tasks like asking for directions till you get the experience for more advanced stuff. I have ten times more respect for a noob who tap a girl on the shoulder and then run away as for guys who sit at home, watch pickup videos allday, toughtalk through the net but end up as a watchdog who do nothing. That's way more gay...

Pro: Nice technical detail - you always open at least 5 steps ahead whenver you open really close up, even if she likes you, she can't react fast enough.

I love the challenges and will totally start posting my FRs when they're completed. I can't wait for the dawn of the inner circle and would love to, not only participate, but be actively involved and dedicated to helping in anyway I can.
Todd: Great video. I can't wait to see more content from you on the front page. Hope to see you on the free tour.
