This faggotry had to stop, and it stopped today.
I left work, went straight to the center of the city instead of going back home, and just been in the real world for a few hours...
Whenever I had to light up a cigarette, I just forced myself to ask to:
a) a girl
b) a mixed group
Then I went to the mall for shopping, chatted with some shop-assistants and left.
And believe me, this was a big progress, considerating how much time I spent lately home alone.

Went to the city center and to the mall, asked a girl for informations but didn't have the readiness to make the transition quickly so I left...
Feels good though ;)

Went to the mall today for one hour, kept eye contact with everyone in there and approached a girl for informations...she was happy I stopped her, but I didn't follow through and left.
Evening: went out to to check out a few bars, unfortunately not packed, only mixed groups seated at their tables, found out that my favourite "wednesday" club is closed due to renovation and it will re-open in september :(
Asked 2 girls on the street for informations, but they kinda freaked out ( yea, haven't been out for months = 0 social calibration)...decided to peace out.
