Happy Belated Valentines Day,



I wanted this article to celebrate many occasions, including celebrating RSD’s 10 Year Anniversary, my Engagement to my fiancé, my successfully joining the Travelers’ Century Club (for having visited 100 countries), and Valentine’s Day.



Valentine’s Day is not just a day to celebrate if you are in a relationship rather it is also a great day to go out and take action as a single guy. In fact, it is a day that many people can take advantage of to meet single women because every girl that is celebrating without a boyfriend or significant other is definitely single and ready to meet you because girls that are out at nightclubs partying on V-day are definitely not in exclusive relationships. Thus, you are filtering out all the women that are available for you.



Don’t just sit around at home like the many cartoons that you see when you google losers complaining about hating V-day.



It’s probably the most awesome day for you to step up and make a commitment to take action because it is so contrary to what most chodes who decide to use Valentine’s Day to catch up on their internet porn.



In order to celebrate Valentine’s Day weekend, I took my girlfriend to the Maldives, my 100th country, where I took her to a private, virgin island (that we named Awesomeness Island) and I proposed, and she said YES, so we are engaged to be married on 12/12/12.

For the last 3 years, I’ve been on tour with my fiancé teaching RSD Free Tour Workshops and Hot Seat seats, which I completed in 270 cities and 70 countries. However, I decided to continue traveling well-beyond my tour until I hit 100 countries, which I celebrated in the Maldives for my proposal.



In addition to my own personal celebration, I wanted to share my story of how I met my fiancé and use that to share some of the lessons I’ve learned as both the co-founder and student of RSD, which I’ll do towards the end of this article.



I co-created Real Social Dynamics with RSD in 2002 as a 22 year old college student when I was socially experimenting and always taking action on learning new things. Now, I am 32 years old and I wanted to share the lessons I’ve learned from being in the field as the CEO of RSD. In addition, I’ve decided to resign as the CEO of Real Social Dynamics effective immediately and thus I will no longer be an Instructor because I will be establishing a new lifestyle for myself as a married guy.



My plan is that I will still remain active in the RSD community as a member of the Board of Directors of RSD, but Tyler will be taking over as the CEO. I’ll still share for my stories as a member of the RSD community and you’ll probably see me at the World Summit or possibly a Hot Seat.



In fact, I also am still very focused on ensuring the success of the new global RSD fraternity, which is known among a few of you guys as RSD Inner Circle. Tyler and I are still working out the kinks in the development of this program before launching it full-scale. And I’m sure you guys are going to be very pleasantly surprised with what comes out of it. My main plan now that I’m leaving RSD as an active instructor and CEO is that I’ll be involved with using the lessons I’ve learned from RSD to create a new business in the tech field that RSD will take advantage of because it will create technology to assist RSD in booking conferences, especially considering that RSD conducts approximately 1000 live programs annually around the world.



However, since I’m not planning on starting my work for this until the Spring-time, in the meantime, I’ve decided to share my story about how I built the business of RSD as the creator of a special business retreat called Xavii.



Tyler and I will be co-hosting the event as speakers and will share to attendees how RSD relates to help people in the business world, and it will be taking place in Las Vegas at the Las Vegas Mini Castle (followed by parties every night in Vegas on the Strip and at the private estate).

As many of you already know, RSD has been recently teaching how the principles that you have studied from us help you in more ways in life than just meeting women. Now, let me share with you the story of how I met my girlfriend before I bid you guys farewell.

I met my girlfriend during a Board Advisory Retreat with my entrepreneur forum in Park City, Utah. While walking down the Main Street, my friends decided that they wanted to enter a bar called the No Name Saloon, but I decided that the place looked a little dodgy. So I told my friends to go inside and I’ll wait for them outside. While waiting, I saw my future fiancé, Amber, walking down the Street with her girlfriend and so my natural instinct was to immediately approach her.



While approaching her, a couple other random chodes started approaching her as well, but I caught her attention by being more assertive both verbally and physically, and then I removed them from the conversation. A few minutes later, my entrepreneur friends came outside of the bar and I invited Amber and her friend to join us for drinks and sushi. She joined us and drinks turned into an instant date at a concert playing at a nightclub, which then turned into her deciding to travel with me around the world.



Instead of writing all the details about this, I created my first and last video blog with Amber as my camera-woman. This video blog discusses the reasons why I was able to successfully pull her away from the other guys that were trying to pick her up and keep her with me. The video shares some of my favorite insights that have been ingrained in me, but I will also agree with Woody Allen who is famous for saying, “80% of success is just showing up.”
