Hi Ozzie,

I like your content a lot, but are you really sure that you did not induce some
kind of posttraumatic stress disorder in your clients? ;-) I was not aware being such a but some of your drills would scare me to death. LOL

Best regards from Berlin

Matthias you will be amazed how your mind makes illusions. I was trying to walk while this girl was hugging me. I tripped and we both fell flat on our face in the middle of the bar. I was pretty embarassed, but nobody even remembers it at this bar I regularly visit, except my wingman. lol People really don't give a shit about anyone else except themselves. Some shit infield has really stressed me out, but going through it makes everything so much easier to where I dont twitch as much. But, I am definitely not on Ozzie's level of pushing my fears. lol

Hi Underdog,

thanks for your response. I totally agree with the basic idea of getting desensitized against your fears. Made this experience some times, it's a great feeling, like a window opened. And Ozzie is so right with the concept of growing or shrinking. Given the fact that fear and power are strongly related, I just wonder how people would deal with an excess of "Angst" (like Ozzie said: exposed to your worst fear ten times increased or so). Out there are many people with at least some mental issues. Maybe it would not be a good idea to put a friend with asperger's syndrome, social anxiety or anxious avoidant personality disorder in a situation like that (remember the movie Rain Man?). LOL However, there is no doubt for me that Ozzie is a high end professional who knows exactly what he is doing. But there are personal preferences also, I might prefer the concept of systematic desensitization.
