No hate, but Ozzie talks about the same thing in every video: doing hard sets.

Yeah, it's important but there is nothing new. No infield, either. I know he gets good reviews, but from what I see, he's gotta step it up if he wants to stay relevant vis a vis other instructors.

How to Develop Strengths and Weaknesses
1. Put Yourself Into Difficult Situations- this will help you ascertain what strengths and weaknesses you have and what makes you different or what qualities you rely on.
-Approach a set that it's very difficult to approach for example the hottest girl in the set, club, or dance floor.
-The first girl you approach should be the hottest (as a general rule)
Once you identify your strengths (like being friendly and connecting with people) the great thing to do is to take it to a whole new level.
2.Another Great Way to Identify Strength is to have a friend watch and tell you what your strengths are. Have someone observe you in set and give you unbiased feedback. it is harder to do this by yourself so having someone else to point areas out to you is invaluable.
3.Develop You Strengths and Focus on taking them to a whole new level. How? Well if you're strength is being friendly go into a huge group or tough set and take risks, push it hard, close! Go for isolation...
On Weaknesses-Everybody has them, but like a small baseball player can make himself smaller to the pitcher thus creating a smaller strike zone, you too can make your so called weaknesses into strengths...often what you think is a weakness, like being shy, is actually a strength waiting to be tapped.

@Pman

Without being a fanboy, I would say that most instructors probably could still learn something from Ozzie.

For my taste the instructors don't refer enough to each other. Maybe a "cross-over-day" once a year would be a good idea:

With Todd teaching 90% state management (plus internalization of material) and 10% structure, Ozzie vice versa.

With Julien teaching 90% life-style and 10% game, Brad vice versa.

With Tyler teaching 90% standard situations in linear order and 10% philosophy, Max vice versa.

With Jeffy being 90% serious and 10% entertaining, Jeffy vice versa. ;-)

@Matthias

Had a hearty laugh at Jeffy's. Yeah, cross over day would be awesome.

And like I said, I do believe Ozzie has a lot to offer, I wish he'd show more of it, that's all.
