EFT is not about getting laid but to build your self as you are ment to be. We all are programmed by society bullshit form the early age. Our Subocnious mind creates a definite beliefs patterns. This in turn make or break our life. Man by nature is more powerful and strong. But due to Society bullshit we become Pussy's. So EFT is a tool to free ur self form a Pussy Trance and to become a man who you are really are :)

I think that its also impossible to know if you can get laid from it

It doesnt work like that

It just helps you out, the way you perceive things, reduces insecurities, fears, improves self esteem... ego needs etc

and yes that will help the interaction but "IT doesnt get you laid":rolleyes:

I'm kinda confused about the kind of stuff I should be saying. Say I have an issue that I care about what people think of me and I say:

"Even though I care about what people think of me,
I deeply and completely accept myself"

When I'm tapping away it kinda feels like I'm just confirming this belief by saying 'I care what people think about me' as part of the whole sentence over and over again.

Or is that the right thing to say and it'll work to remove the belief that I care about what people think of me?

AA too. Should I just be saying:

"Even though I get approach anxiety,
I deeply and completely accept myself"

Also, is there a way of putting in a new belief or can it just be used to take out old shitty ones? Something like 'I do not care what people think of me'?

I`m going through the course and I`m not quite sure yet how to install new beliefs. Shankar wrote about it above.

As for affirming the negative, that is the purpose of the EFT-session as I understand it. You want to bring up the negative emotion, face it head on and tap away the feelings associated with it.

It may seem counterintuitive to what is learned in positive thinking, but so far it seems to be correct in my experience.

These are the things i tap on daily :)

2 rounds of Negative affirmation :

" Even Though i am shy i deeply and profoundly love and accept my self "
"Even Though i am dont feel and act like Alpha.....self"
" Even....... I feel i dont deserve hot girls........selfs"
"Even ............i belive that i am not attractive.....Selfs"
" Even............i am not confident enouhg........self.

Now 2 rounds of positive :)

" I just dont give a fuck of what others think of me i give persmission to myslef that i am confident and carefree ( while taping on all the meredian points).

" Who the fuck says that i dont deserve hot girls, i choose to belief that i am total chick magnet. ( While tapping 7 times on each meredian points )


Note : Just take anyting negative and tap on it for 2 rounds and then tap 2 rounds of positive Affirmations ( Exact opposite of negative ).

Thanks Shankar.

That's what I don't understand though. If we use that routine to tap away negative feelings then introduce positive affirmations (like 'I am awesome') will it not tap away any slight beliefs we have inside of us that we are awesome?

Just seems strange that it's an identical process to tap stuff in and tap stuff out.

From what I've read elsewhere on EFT websites and Youtube videos, the effect is permanent yeah.

It's permanent, but you gotta be patient because some of our deepest issues have a lot of layers. So it'll seem like you took care of it and then it'll pop up again, but you'll notice it's really a different aspect of the same issue. Eventually they are gone for good and don't arise again.

You can free yourself from loads of conventional wisdom and defy the "laws" of dating in many ways.

For example, I regularly get hit on now by guys younger than me. I got gamed the other night by an early 20s guy who mistook me for a UCLA student.

The only thing that holds us back in life is our own beliefs.
