I Used EFT to change my Beliefs and it works like a Charm :)

Hey Shankar,

I just started tapping using the method gary craig uses, the setup, sequence, gamut, sequence.  Do I say anything during the gamut part?  And after im done with tapping the negatives, what's the procedure for affirmations tapping (positive)?  Do I go through the setup, sequence, gamut, sequence again but now saying the affirmation?  It doesn't make sense that I would do the same exact procedure for getting rid of the negative beliefs as I would for getting new positive beliefs.  How does my body know which to get rid of and which to adopt?

Hey,

I can maybe answer a few of your questions Fraser:

1) From what I have read it all depends on how quickly you can get to the core beliefs to actually change. How long the session lasts is really up to the person, some people seem to get quick results while others take longer. Shankar says its all about persistence.

2) Make a list of the beliefs you have regarding the issue you are working on. With women it could be in the 100`s. I just sat down and quickly came up with about 16 bad beliefs I had about working out, and I know there are more down there. When you tap you are actually balancing energy out in your system that is blocked. It`s definitely not just affirmations

3) You can find subconscience beliefs by focusing. If you see a hot girl on the street and you want to talk to her, a lot of guys get instant reactions thinking about that. Those instant reactions (bad) are the result of your subconscience beliefs. At home sit down with a pad of paper and imagine yourself on the street about to go talk to her, what is your head saying... There will be many different automatic beliefs going on there... Those are the subconscience beliefs.

4) Not sure.

Let me explain the steps :

1:) Frequency & Duration :  This depends on the beliefs you are working with. It can take 5 mins or 5 weeks. Usually what i do it i just calm down my mind and ask the questions about that belief and i usually get some stuff to tap on. Sometimes you wont get the all the negative patterns which support this beliefs in that that case just chill down and  take a notes. Once you get ur beliefs note down on the piece of paper then start working on it. Usually i take out one belief and start tapping on it for 3 X times a day. The more profecient u become with EFT the less frequencey and duration is required.

2:) Negative Affermations :  What u said it true but by focusing on ur negative shit, you are going to elimante it for ever not that you will increase it. How does ur unconcious knows that you are working on what, you have let it know what you are working with and once u addressed the negative belifes and start tapping where the real change occurs. So dont worry that you are thinking about negative and tapping it what you are doing it eliminating it form you system for ever.
3:) Getting to the Subconcious : This is really a good question. If you want to know about ur unconcious beliefs about women and dating, just look at ur current dating life. Subconcious belliefs are like Operating system for our brain. This is how Natural's operate. They dont need techniques, routines or as a matter of fact any technique, but deep inside they have unconcious beliefs that they are desirable to women, which inturn manifests itself in the reality. EFT is by far the most powerful and fool proof way to change ur unconcious beliefs. In oder to know ur unconcious beliefs about women and dating, start noticing your inner voice when you see atractive women. Inner voices are nothiong but ur unconcious beliefs. Start working on ur unconcious beliefs using EFT and you will see ur reality Shifting in fornt of ur eyes. Tapping is very powerful in this case. You will start feeling more relaxed, confident and care free. Initially the results may be subtle but as u persist you will see some amazing results.

4:) EFT & Holosync : To be Honest i tried Holosync once and i did not noticed any changes, So i just left it. But  i presonally dont relate EFT with Holosync . These both are very diffrent form each other. I personally use a Hypnosis trance state every night and in the morning i use EFT, This is what my regime is.

Hey

After I tapped the problems away on the unconcious , how do I tap the concious beliefs away ?

After a session with tapping I feel some kind of release in my body and mind, but there is still a voice who searching for the old bad beliefs in my mind and dont' really belief in EFT and don't want to tap the rest of my life to keep the thoughts away. Its like if I have a problem in my head, I just think .. Nahh EFT can fix it or can it, or if it can't then I'm Fucked and trying to keep the old memoryes ?

I have really seen some change in my mind, but there is still something in there I can't get away with. Its like I must have something to think on, can't  feel relaxed all the time and I don't get me motivated even though I can't feel what should let me down again.

1) I do it every day, several times a day, whenever something comes to conscious awareness that I want to be rid of. 

2)  EFT talks directly to the subconscious mind.  We are not fighting the "what is," we are accepting it while acknowledging that we also want change.  As we do this, the negative is erased.  Positive automatically comes in to fill the space left vacant.  EFT has its own intelligence, it's definitely a "trust the process" kind of thing.

3) Yes, I often use EFT with people to "bridge" from a part of their mind that feels very comfortable in certain situations to a part of their mind that gets scared in other situations.  Like the guy with extremely severe AA:  he had no problem talking to a girl he had been introduced to, only fear of talking to strangers.  So I used EFT while "bridging" from his comfort zone to his discomfort zone.  I used EFT to "seduce" his mind into realizing that the two situations were actually no different from each other.

I did feel a lot better for like 30-40 mins but then it finally went away. What I notice though is that I have this belief that when my gf is around I can't have energy. When she left for a week I actually had some good workouts and as well started practicing tennis again, and then when she got back I went back to my low energy state.

I can't wait to see what happens when I start clearing some core beliefs, this stuff today was just surface level stuff and I expect the feeling to go away after a bit, but I am going to start off every morning with 2 or 3 rounds of this.

Usually what's happening when "the feeling goes away" is just that new aspects are coming up to be cleared.  Gradually over time it's like dipping a dirty piece of cloth in a cleaning solution.  With each dip it gets more clear.  So the good feeling lasts longer and longer and gets better and better, the more shit is cleared out.

Hey Bro,

Good to know that you started EFT yourself. Yes you are right. there are diffrent set of patterns and beliefs that are set into ur unconcious. You have to break them first and this can be done only by EFT. As a matter of fact i was even fucking worse then you. I would like you to try " Magnus Tapping on approch Anxitey" stuff found on youtube. Its about 20 mins long and lots of guys had said that he worked for them. This is simply the first step. If that does not help then make a note of all the stuff u think while approching girls or thinking to approch a girl. Just make a list over the paper and tap on them untill you wont feel that emotion anymore. Remember that persistance is the key if you are not able to find the core issue. Alternatively you can contact or PM Erika. She will be a valuable theripist for you.

yeah Shankar's right of course. 

And I would add that, as you are tapping, ask yourself

"when is the first time I remember having this feeling?"  (tap whatever memories come up)
"who taught me this belief?"  for example about needing the job to get the girl ... (tap memories that come up)
"how did I learn this belief?"  for example, something happened when you were 6 years old and you concluded that it wasn't safe to talk to strangers, only men with good jobs got girls, etc.  (tap memories that come up)

EFT is most powerful when you find the origins of the beliefs.  Usually they were formed in early childhood and come from parents, siblings, teachers, and other people who had power over us.  Or from traumatic events, such as I had built a whole bunch of negative beliefs on top of the memory of my cat being killed.

Yes, this is why it's so effective to use EFT in the field, if you're willing to tap in public, which isn't really that big of a deal.  Why so effective?  Because exactly the emotions and beliefs that need to be cleared are going to pop to the surface when you get the guy into the bar and starting to approach. 

Gary Craig did a video of clearing a phobia of water where he had the guy start out sitting next to the pool and then got him a little farther into the pool with each round of tapping. 

EFT for AA is very effective used in the same way.  First imagine approaching while tapping, then begin to approach, do another round, see what comes up, progressing farther each round.

I saw ur 21 convention speech, its like hearing a female version of Tyler talking about blueprint. Kudos !! awesome shit. That speech clearly reflects about ur knowledge and wisdom that you have about this dating stuff. It seems you where little bit nervous while givin speech isnint ? but the end of the day you delevired what u have to to. Amazing work !!
