Dude exactly what kind of tapping routine do you do? I also wanna know what the tapping routine was for positive affirmations since I thought tapping just got rid of beliefs instead of enforcing them or putting them into you.

Wow Erika thanks for that post! I used to make my own hypnosis tapes that installed "PUA values and rules" in to my mind I also used to tap on them!
I even translated RSD products into affirmations and made my own hypnosis tapes with those...
Looking back this was not so healthy, As you pointed out its far more healthy to listen to your core and your own intuition.

1. Beliefs are fucking powerful. thier only job is to prove themselfls. Our Unconcious mind runs of beliefs.
2. We have 2 types of beliefs which are Concious and Unconcious. It really dosent matter what is ur concious beliefs are however you have to take care of ur Unconcious beliefs becoz they will manifest them slef.
3. Our main job is to remove the unconcious beliefs.
4. The main reason why PUA gurus ask us to go inflied is to remove the unconcious blocks that are holding us back. Once you start going inflied day by day you start to create a new mindset and beliefs about the social intrection.
5. EFT is the best and the fastest way to change ur unconcious beliefs.
6. Everyting this energy. Belive it or not we all are connected and we all are energy beings vibrating at particualar virbation.
7. EFT and other energy methods are to deal directly with your energy system thats why they are so powerful.
so here it is the metod to change the belifs :
1. Coose any limiting beliefs u have ( eg. i am not good enough, i never attract hot chicks etc .)
2. Ask you self question ( eg. Why cant i never attract a hot chick )
3. Write down all the responses that you get. these are your negative beliefs.
4. Work on each beliefs seperatly.
5. give your belief a clour, sound and intensity.
6.Now do the EFT tapping for 2 times ( Just tap on negative).
7. Now do 2 rounds of positive affirmation tappin ( I am naturallly attracting hot girls).
8. Take a deep breath and check now.
9. Ask the same question once again to your slef. If u did the right thing then 99% times you will get entirely difrent answer or not at all.
10. Do this proccess to all your beliefs and dont forget to do Affirmation EFT as well by the end of Negative tapping.
11. Drink lots of water before and after EFT.
12. This Shit is fucking powerful at first when u tap you will feel reallly weired about this silly technique. but once you see the results you will be blown away.
13. I recommend watching Blueprint as well before doing EFT and even after doing EFT to get the right mindset.
