Silver: people are only pointing out what you believe about yourself. That's the big secret. We're all connected. You can literally reach "other" minds using EFT. So if you use EFT to eliminate the belief within yourself, you will stop seeing it reflected from outside of you. Not only can you eliminate the sensitive belief, you can re-write your entire self-image.
@ Eagle, you want the pic of me getting a spanking at Burning Man? ;-)
I'll sign up for one of those!;)

Feelings come first.
EFT is a way to get rid of those feelings. I personally don't use EFT because I find Larry Crane's release technique to be more effective and can be done anywhere.
Basically I just focus on a feeling in my body that comes up in response to a certain issue and consciously allow it to leave my body, which is something we can all do but instead we suppress which stores the energy.
Since I've been doing this, everything in my life has been getting exponentially better. I don't have to do any 'unstifling' because most of the limited feeling of being stifled has completely left my system. I am present much more often, without even consciously trying which is what I used to do.
Try it and prove me wrong. You don't have to go skydiving or take martial arts to feel like the shit, you just have to remove all the feeling of not being the shit:D
And shakin'cakes, the reason that those feelings are coming back is because you haven't gotten rid of all of it, more is coming up, every feeling has multiple layers because we have suppressed for so long. Although I'm not too experienced with EFT. For all I know it suppresses feelings further, but from the experience of others, it seems similar to the release technique.
Wrong. Feelings don't come first. Feelings are the product of the actions you take and the results you get. Thereby, if you do productive things, achieve within those activities, your self-esteem will rise and so will your self-imagine. It's impossible NOT to gain self-esteem if you consistently participate in activities that you think are important as you will improve and see success. This naturally requires a level of commitment and burning desire, and I'm sure you can see how this leads into the broad perspective of improving yourself all around, because when you're learning all these valuable skills, you truly become a better, more capable person. This is my image of RSD.
A note, naturally you'll never be happy if you have an unhealthy perspective of the world, but this is different from self-esteem. And self-esteem is what this guy needs.
PS: This is the basis of self-esteem directly from the Harvard Positivity Lectures, I trust Harvard Psychologists to a degree.

I'm just saying, in my experience, self esteem doesn't come from adding things to yourself or improving yourself, it comes from allowing all the shit to leave. We are born with self-esteem. Changing your thoughts and doing things that are productive and that you love can be extremely beneficial, as long as you are not suppressing negative feelings. In my experience we don't have to DO anything or THINK anything to be awesome.
If you're happy with where you at, then keep doing what you are doing, its working for you. Allowing my attachments and aversions to release is friggen working for me so I'm going to keep doing it.
EFT is really good for guru-itis, too. Or any inner conflict. Sometimes you don't know what you want to do, and that inner conflict messes with your vibe/congruence. So you can use EFT like this (whilst tapping away):
"Even though guru X says to approach the girl this way, whereas guru Y says that's all wrong and says to approach the girl this other way, and now I'm all confused and have an ego clusterfuck going on, I love and accept myself completely."
You just tap on all the different competing voices, and the amazing thing about EFT is the different voices start harmonizing.
Not sure if it's just EFT or the combination of meditation, EFT, etc., but I've also really noticed that more and more things just seem humorous. So even when something goes "wrong" or it seems like I miscalibrated in some area of my life, etc., I find myself laughing about it or feeling curious instead of caring very much. But I don't feel disconnected, at the same time I feel more connected to other people than ever before.

I agree with what you are saying Rebel24, BUT, I do believe that if you have deep emotional issues they won`t simply go away because you do XYZ.
I think active outside work is needed, but for many if not most people it will be necessary with inner work as well.
Some people may enjoy EFT for that, others may prefer meditation, hypnosis, release techniques or what have you.

Now i eliminated my laziness to work out and now i am working on P90X programme. Its pretty intense and worth workin out. I am not doing this just to get some pussy but to make my life and health better. Guys EFT is so popular that just search in Google you will millions of sites and therpists that are using this wonderful science. If u want to have rock solid inner game just do EFT. If u have you inner game handeled, even you can do all AFC chody things and still get laid. :)
PS : You guys can PM me if you have any doubts on EFT. I am willing to help you bro's. Even i can give you some Ebooks on EFT that may be helpful for ur PUA journey :)
Shankar,
So far I`m only familiar with the basic recipe and the basic setup; "Even though I XYZ, I deeply and completely accept myself".
It seems like what you are doing is more like freestyling. How do you for instance install new positive beliefs?
