ok lets say you take away some negative feelings about going to a club alone.. spend a few hours. Ok so now you dont feel so bad about actually going out. So you go out instead of making excuses or using any tiny reason not to. When you go out you dont feel like a loser because your alone.
Secondly take away some strength of approach anxiety when you do go out, you dont approach 3 or 4 girls a night you approach 20.
thirdly you dont have so much feelings of wanting approval or her thinking your weird or creepy etc so you dont feel that way and sets go better.

yes it will get you laid
It is meditation.. meditating for 4 hours a day is obviously going to get you results. working on some beliefs is obviously going to get you some results. using nlp methods and acupuncture is going to get you results.

I have one main question..
Generally the feeling starts off strong in my mind in the beginning, but trying to 'hold' that negative feeling in my mind (even when saying 'this feeling') throughout the entire tapping process generally doesn't work. It usually just sort of fades (although not necessarily from the tapping I don't think.. but just because I can't focus on it for an extended period of time, especially if the feeling is elusive).
I might feel agitated one morning for no reason I can think of. I'll go to tap on that feeling, and prolly halfway through I won't feel that agitated simply cause I'm doing something else.
I suppose that's where it comes in handy to assign it a number, color, texture and location I take it?

The way EFT works it's a sort of interrupt of your feelings. And as you do it systematically you literally destroy connections in your mind between stimuli and reaction. So all that remains is the neutral stimuli to which you stop having emotional reactions.
How to make it as effective as possible?
You do the Shallow peat... It is a technique that incorporates the best from NLP and merges it with EFT. It works on so many levels it's ridiculous.
Trust me, this method is EFT on fucking steroids. When you'll do a brutal session of it you won't be able to believe how awesome will you feel. It will liberate you of shit feelings and clear your mind like a freakin drug.
So here it is:
Put the Problem in the blank Find It, Feel It Measure It
1) Find a specific incident in you life where you can label the snapshot of that
incident “_________________” (i.e. "I am angry with myself").
2) On a scale of 0-10 (I am angry at myself) is a "6". If I were to feel it in
my body I'd feel it in the stomach area near the top like a buzzy pressure.
3) Even though -______________- ... I totally and completely love and accept
myself, my mind, my body, my personality and this feeling -______________-
4) 1st eye point--focus on and feel the _______________ --take a deep breath in
and let it out.
2nd eye point (side of eye)--repeat staying focused on the feeling, picture
and/or thought "__________________"
3rd eye point (underneath the eye)--repeat
4th under nose--repeat
5th under mouth--repeat
6th--collarbone-repeat
7th--under arm-repeat
(Note the more you can focus on duplicating the feeling, picture and thought the
easier it is to discreate all the roots, anchors, aka chords, etc. If there is
only one thing to focus on it would be feeling the feeling, next is the picture
and lastly the thought. Any combination of the three will also move the process
along.)
5) Re-measure your sense of _______________ and if there is any charge or
resistance left repeat the above process. Usually you can get the feeling sense
to "0" in one to three rounds.
6) Next remember (or guess or speculate or imagine) the first time in your life
you felt ______________. Find the snapshot that represents that first
"__________________" and do the above process (Step 2) on it until the
resistance/charge is "0"
7) Go inside and ask "Is there any resistance/opposition in me to
resolving/solving this issue quickly?" If there is any resistance/opposition go
to step two (Step 2) with the resistance/opposition. If not go to the next step.
8) Go inside and ask "Do I think this can be a problem in the future?" If yes
Find it, Feel it and Measure it (Step 2).
9) Go inside and ask is there anyone I must forgive? If yes FFM (Step 2) If no
go to...
10) Circular processing Is there anyone else involved in this issue/problem? If
there is put your fingers on your heart and say I am no longer G, I am _______
(the next person involved) then go to Step 2 and do the process from their point
of view.
Repeat for every person involved in the issue.
11) What is the feeling you are feeling right now? Take that feeling and spread
it out to your left to infinity; Take that feeling and spread it out to your
right to infinity; Take that feeling and spread it out your back to infinity;
Take that feeling and spread it out your front to infinity; Take that feeling
and spread it out below you to infinity; Take that feeling and spread it out
above you to infinity; Take that feeling and spread it inwardly to infinity.
End of process.......................

I didn't realize that the feeling is held in only one meridian and that you have to go through all of them simply because you aren't sure which exact one it is. I was under the impression you had to tap all of them while keeping the emotion the same strength until you complete the exercise. No wonder it was difficult, haha...

Lately i am devoting lots of time on EFT. After reading and watching tons of EFT stuff i managed a way to find protocal for finding the core issues. Hope the following post helps you :
1. Be clear of what you want to change ( Beliefs, attitude, feeling etc).
2. Remember the more clear of ur negative beliefs the more you are going to succedd in EFT.
3. Now ask these questions to yourself :
1. Why is i am feeling this ?
2. what is that causing me ?
3. Why i dont want to change ?
4. what is the concequences of changing it ?
5. What is stopping me ?
6. Is it good to change, if not why ?
Now ask your slef thse questions and write down the answers you get. It may feel weired but dont worry. Just write down all the shit. Trust your intution. the answers are what that is stopping you.
4. Now take each one and think about it.
5.Assign it a colour ( it dosnt matter what colour you choose).
6. Assign it a tone or a music.
7. Assign a feeling in the body.
8 the main motive is to indulge in more and more the senses so that the unconcious makes it more and more vivid and connects with the core.
9. Now give it a intensity (1 to 10). this is the way to track ur progress.
10. Now start to Tap. ( do atleast 2 rounds)
11. Do the setup according to u.
12. Now check all the protocals ( colour, tone, feeling)
13. If you tapped on the right way, you will see that all has been changed.
14. this means that you have successfully treated that feelin.
15. Now do this for all ur problems.
In the next post i will discuss about the" Mental Movie Technique ". Which is very powerful and effective :)
