In the form of a power packed nutritional drink called the "Green Smoothie"

What is it?

Leafy Greens (Spinach, Kale, etc)
Fruit

Usually a 60/40 fruit to greens ratio.

So why is this the magic pill?

Basically we are deprived of vital nutrients on the typical western diet and we really need this stuff. Chimps make up 99.4 percent of our DNA and eat about 70 percent leafy greens and rarely if ever suffer the ailments we do.

I was walking my dogs tonight and I thought to myself....I've never eaten a spoonful of Spinach...nevermind a bag full in two days. Plus you throw in damn near any fruit you want. I like blueberries, peaches, strawberries, coconut oil, and avocados in mine. But I know I'll experiment with others. Cool thing is, it tastes really good. Serious.

The crazy thing is...when you get these vital nutrients in your body your body starts to show you mad love. My whole body and mind just enter a neutral state. My mind just kinda balances out because I'm FINALLY receiving all the enzymes and nutrients it has lacked for many years. It's kinda like having a permanent buzz. All the distortion in my mind has really just been replaced with a clear signal in the last couple weeks. I've never really read any Tolle but understand the principles of living in "The Now" and this is the most "Now" I've ever been.

So if you have to ask yourself how this relates to pick up, you probably shouldn't be on this site.

I think everything starts with your nutrition. What we put in are bodies tells us about ourselves more than anything. Thinking back when I was putting all kinds of fast food and junk into my body I had low self esteem. Now I have the most swag I have ever had and I look and feel better than I ever did.

God gave us all the stuff we need to heal ourselves. If you think about the incredible processes that take place in the world it would make more sense. Is the cure for cancer in a pill or is it leafy greens, oatmeal, and fruit? I don't know about you but I'm rolling with God over some pretentious Harvard educated douchebag doctor.

I challenge anyone on this forum to implement this into their diets and watch everything in your life sky rocket.

Just curious, would a supplement have the same effect?

Sounds great, a very palatable way to get your greens. Pity I don't have a mixer.

No. There is no replacement for eating raw/whole foods. You won't get the fiber for starters, and many other nutritional benefits are going to be lost once man gets his hands on stuff.

I'm sure there are benefits to those pre-packaged greens but like I said before...I'll take God's medicine before some companies. I'm not even a religious dude..I just think whoever created this universe was a slight idea of what he/she was doing.

The cool thing is when eating this dark leafy greens is you get to take advantage of Chlorophyll which the plants use to grow by converting the Suns rays into energy. By directly drinking/eating that your body gets to reap the benefits of all sorts of good stuff.

This is where the "Magic Pill" comes into play. Getting this vital nutrients literally changes you physiology, physically, and mentally.

That's the biggest downfall of all these pick up programs right now. They are just touching on the surface of the issue. It's the heart surgeon that performs a life saving heart operation only to have his patient die 5 months later. He fixed the problem but he didn't address the cause of the problem.

You can tell a guy, and even demonstrate to a guy in a boot camp what to say, how to dress, act..etc. But if he's mentally or physically unbalanced he'll never be able to consistently get into the state that makes him a sex worthy man.

So that's why I recommend these miracle drinks as a basis for good health. Just getting in one proper Green Smoothie should get you all your fruits/veggies for the day. You'll be getting so many power packed vitamins and nutrients that you body and mind will begin to function on a higher level. Pretty soon your physical body will start to change for the better.

Bottomline is it's an actionable and affordable way to instantly improve your life.

I think there's something to this.

I tried the ANTHONY ROBBINS BROCCOLI SUCCESS DRINK (It's not called that but I like to think it is). It was so bad that my dog barks, runs and hides at the sight, not smell, SIGHT, of the tub.

I'm still looking for one that is palatable, or possibly some sort of dried broccoli pills.

seriously this is a great idea. What's your recipe?

I blend 40g whey protein with a bowl of oats + milk for a protein+complex carb shake in the morning. If I could add in a days worth of leafy greens with enough fruit to keep it tasting good... well that'd be perfect. I'm gonna experiment!

very similar to what I have Rich: oats with whey mixed in - also a great pre-workout meal. I also drizzle a touch of golden syrup over the top ;)

To the OP, try canned spinach mixed in with Salsa, it is MONEY!

I used to play with the hole tons of protien/meal replacement bars/meat lo carb style diet... I generally didnt feel that good.

Now, I am eating a lot more whole foods. Aspargus, apples, black beans.... etc etc...

I am even playing the the idea of going vegetarian for a month.
1. To see if I can do it
2. Picking up hot chicks at whole foods and farmer's markets.

I am interested to hear what the intructors think of the whole food whole body movement.

Keep in mind, I am was 280 pound offensive lineman from the midwest. (read: not health conscious)

GREAT POST.... one very important thing that alot of people forget to do is.... DRINK LOTS OF WATER!!! you are made of 90% water so drink lots of it!

but you are what you eat if you eat fast food you are a that hamburger and french fries.eating good fruits and veggies you will have more energy and just feel better aboot yourself in the long run

think of it this way... how do you feel after you eat fast food ?
how do you feel after you eat something thats healthy?

you will get out of your body what you put into it.
