Gotta love Eminem and his insane freaking lyrics.
Go to bed with a bottle of meds and a Heath Ledger bobblehead.

^^^Perhaps the most jawdropping and hence most hilarious line on his new album.  Fucking love it.
Holy shit! I never noticed that.

I love the lyrics in this song:

The man is fucking nutts.

Hahaha, I find the premise of this thread ridiculous! I can say that I haven't read the entire thread but, to say the music you listen to affects the type of guy you  are is insane.  Honestly while reading this forum and on the drive to clubs I have listened to Taylor Swift, Kid Cudi, Linkin Park, Miley Cyrus and many others.  External stimuli should never change who you are.  If a song can change your internal values, you need to work on yourself and become someone who lives from within themselves.

Lol, i think the only person that cares about what music he listens to is the OP himself. I just view this as a music thread.

This is some raw non AFC non social conditioned music.

Look at his self-amusement. You would learn a thing or two from him. I should listen this every single day if I were you!

Hear it, feel it, own it!

What's up guys?
I just realized that 95% of the music I listen to deals with AFC subject matter such as thinking about 1 particular women and being in love and having one-itis. In fact, these themes are pervasive in 99% of all songs.
My fear is that by constantly listening to this type of music, negative past emotions such as one-itis are reinforced and society's ideal of adoring and pining after one woman is becoming further entrenched.
My question is: What kind of music does not contain AFC subject matter? Rap is pretty good, but what are the alternatives?
I know this is an old thread, but the OP's premise is flawed.

You can enjoy music without having to identify with the lyrics. Worrying that sappy lyrics are going to make you act like a dork around women is like believing that listening to a song where somebody sings "The skyyyyyyyy is made of cowwwwwwwwws" is going to make you believe that the sky is made out of cows.

Lyrics only influence you to the degree you identify with them.

Listen to music that you ENJOY and that puts you in a good mood. If you don't agree with the lyrics, just tune them out.
