An old mentor of mine used to post threads about where we are, and more importantly, where we're going.

Crystal clear goals are absolutely mandatory. They point your internal compass in the right direction. Seriously -- they are the CORE of this.

It's not enough for this forum to be about guys sitting around mentally masturbating about improvement. Those are just the FANS. The CHODEYS.

This is about having VISION and LIVING it. This forum is about DEEP IDENTITY LEVEL CHANGE.

Look at Speedy -- he's taking on a 30 day challenge. We know where he'll be in a month from now. Where will YOU be?? Choding off?? Or will you have made MASSIVE IMPROVEMENT?

You've also got guys like Jeffy, Tim, and Ozzie who have made MAJOR MAJOR improvements on their bodies -- go to myspace.com/realsocialdynamics to check out the shape that Jeffy is now in. Tim and Ozzie, you need to get your pics up too!

This forum is ultimately a TOOL to build an ENERGY together and FEED off of eachother's inspiration.

Where will YOU be in thirty days from now??

That means "O.P.A." -- Outcome. Purpose. Action.

What is the OUTCOME? A girlfriend? A day 2? A same night extraction? A threesome? What's the SPECIFIC goal?

What is the PURPOSE? To build social skills? To build self esteem? To bend over the girl of your dreams and give her the pounding of her life? How will all this make you feel? What will this do to move your life forward, and help you and all those around you?

What is the ACTION PLAN? Do you go out 30 days straight like Speedy? Do you budget out a period of time to work on this? What's the SPECIFIC action-plan that you're going to take.

I want ideas. I want CONCRETE COMMITMENT. Even you guys who normally scoff at this stuff --> I know it's dorky but indulge me here. This is ultimately about YOU.

30 days. Outcome. Purpose. Action. Let's do this.

so where will i be in 30 days, I want to keep building the momemtum ive had during the last 2 weeks and keep putting myself in high pressure social situations, like last night I did a 10 guy 2 girl set and the guys were all loud rambonxious alpha guys who like to slap you hard on the back.

fuck that is annoying

so 30 days from now I want to be helping some more dudes in the field, like ive been doing recently and teaching more and learning more. become more smooth and work on mastering my night game.

I want to come out pristine from these 30 days and I am also going to start my sarging video.

What is your SPECIFIC GOAL??

Describe the goal SPECIFICALLY where you are going to be, and the SPECIFIC path you will walk to get there.

Commit to it.

Ok specific goals.

1. Hit the gym, I have a gym membership that I havnt been using so get on a fitness plan and look sexy like jlaix.

what will I do to take action? ill go out and get the book and read Burn that fat, feed the muscle.

2. Working on night game.
Go out every weekend for the next month and commit to atleast 2 hours every week. so thats 8 days of 8 hour night name and knowning me it will probally turn out to be 14 hours so that will help.

Action plan? go out to the same club every week so I become familiar with that enviornment and develop a feeling of being in the comfort of my own home so it will be easy for me to develop myself in that enviornment.

3. Developing my over all game.

Course of action.

a.) Debriefing on these forums everytime i go out and writing what i learned and how I can continue to improve.

b.) get you to check your pm and call me. because im restless and cant sleep. check pm dude!!!111111

Well, there couldn't be a better time to make such a commitment seeing as how some of the very best PUAs are active on this forum and very responsive. So what the hell. It's for my own good.

OUTCOME: To get at least one day 2 in the next 30 days. To build a deep connection with the girls I desire and a strong mutual attraction without making the girl competitive. To make every workout (ie: 3 days a week).

PURPOSE: To re-assert my own power over my life after giving it away to my EX. To establish REAL connections with girls that are based on more than just CF attract game. To feel a sense of accomplishment and definite DIRECTION of where my life is headed. To be a master of my relaity and CREATE my own circumstances instead of letting circumstances control me and my behavior. To live my life as a true man.

ACTION PLAN: Go out every Friday and Saturday night to a club for at least 3 hours. Go out alone. Approach sets, focus on being unreactive and chill. Use as little CF as necessary and focus on giving value. Be receptive to girls trying for rapport and encourage them. WORK ON QUALIFYING THEM. I don't do this enough and as a result, girls don't feel they deserve my attraction. QUALIFY THEM. Bring digital camera to take pics with girls and get MAD SOCIAL PROOF. Be playful and unreactive.

Go to the gym 3 days a week. Plan ahead for this and fit it in. Even if you have an exam that day. Even if you are tired. Make it 3 days a week. No compromises. Same for going out. If not going on a day 2 with a girl on Friday or Saturday night, then go to a club by yourself. Fuck being in state. State will follow. go.

That's awesome.

Outcome: to stop ejecting prematurely, become persistent, more unreactive.
Purpose: To take next step to mastery, to build self esteem, confidence, to feel proud for accomplishing this thing, to mature a little bit
Action plan: to go out 4-7 times a week, approach 5 sets and never eject first even if I run out of things to say. I can do less sets (even one) if it goes really well and we keep on talking untill I reach time limit. I will set time limit every day before going out (my work hours varies) and stick to it. I will post my progress here every sunday.

i wanna look sexy like jlaix too.

my goal is simple. i want those 6 pack abs motherfucker. i want that shit. they are already coming.

plan of action:

2 cardio sessions a day. 6 days a week.
lifting 4 days a week with tim, chariot of desire.
6 bodybuilding meals a day. no excuse.
waking up early and do my morning cardio everyfuckng day.
eat my meals even when i am on program. find those dishes in restuarants that are good for my diet.

that´s it. simple shit.

see you in LA in a month.:D
