Ya I think guys should def do what they can to improve their fitness / hygene / clothing.  There's no reason not to.

(As long as you aren't waiting to do this before you start approaching...)

The bodyfat thing is an interesting one.  I've been as low as 6% and I was soooo convinced girls would be into it, but  most just got intimidated that I was (to quote a few) "more beautiful" than them.

In my case when I get that lean I can't retain a lot of muscle.  I was in the gym lifting and still decently strong, but my arms went down to around 13 inches.



Whereas here's me now at (I'm purely guessing) closer to 20% body fat.



I'm obviously a bit fat here with man boobs as well, but I prefer being at this weight than as skinny as I was.  I'm hoping to keep onto some of the muscle as I diet back down.

The sweet spot for me IMO is around 10 - 15% bodyfat.  I'm currently higher as my goal was to get as strong as possible in the gym this year, so I ate 100% healthy but just a LOT of food.  I wanted to do this because at 34 I can still bulk up a bit and lose it, but it gets really hard to lose it as you hit towards 40.

Does any of this really affect my "close rate"?  I doubt it.  But I think it's just good to stay on top of your fitness in general.  I've never fully associated my fitness level with getting pussy, which has been more related to how much of a raging idiot I can become.

(Yes, sadly, the bigger the RAGING IDIOT I am, the more girls I sleep with lol).

I speculate that if you want to bag a ton of 18 - 25 yr old girls when you hit 50+ it's a great idea to stay lean and toned.  That way they can sort of rationalize that even though they're sleeping with a dirty old man, he's still kinda like a younger guy.

OTOH you could just be so "boss" at that point that even being fat it's irrelevant.  I haven't been 50 yet so have no idea.

Tyler you look a lot better in the 2nd video and in NO way are you 20% bodyfat in that 2nd video..

Haha cool ya I'm not sure my BF%, I always try to assume I'm on the high side so I don't rationalize breaking my diet.

That video was me at the peak of my strength in summer, and a week later I injured myself and had to take 2 months off training.  So I currently have the fat but some of the muscle has gone.

This week I feel as recovered as I'm gonna get, so I'm going to hit back in the gym as hard as I can for the next month and keep eating big.  You'll see me looking a bit on the fat side in my vids, but in the longrun it's for the best.

Then I'll start cutting hard by January.

I think in general that taking care of your body is very important.  I try to maintain strength and fitness but I'm not overly worried about my appearance since I'm always swimming in vaginas and have no real concern about what the girls think of it.

It's more like a personal standards issue.  BUT that said, I think for guys who have weak sauce ass game, little bitches with approach anxiety and no social skills, absolutely get in shape cause being out of shape just draws attention to how bad you suck.

I'd love to see every guy who is new at game lift weights, eat well, and do cardio.  But if we're gonna be real, once you're deep in the game it's really more of becoming the most massive idiot humanly possible lol.  Basically at this point the bigger of an idiot I am the more I get laid.

(I'm obviously half kidding here, but what i mean is I'm hyper intellectual and logical, confidence and closing hard is natural for me, so the more FUN I have when I'm out the more I score.)

Yeah. I noticed you're overly critical about your body which is definitely common among people who lift weights / bodybuild.. something i'm definitely guilty of. Im' laughing because you think you look fat / 20% bodyfat in the 2nd video when to me you look completely fine and normal, your shoulder to waist ratio is good, you look fit and filled out.. no one is going to think you're fat lmao.

But I was really impressed with how much muscle/mass you put on your arms in some of your recent videos.

I would have to say that looks don't really matter for you that much because you have done something like 40,000 approaches in your lifetime at least. For most of us, we have done anywhere from 0-10000. Our game just isn't at that level.

Therefore, looks is not eclipsed by pure "skill" and we tend to rely more on it.

BTW do you think it's a coincidence that you have better game now and are not obese like before? I think looking normal like you've got your basics handled goes a long way.
