choose one or few things and do it...get busy...get busy and get busy... it realy doest matter if you got the priorities right...cause later on you will have more knowledge and chance to change the priorities..  choose any random project and just get busy, as you get busy your mind will get more clear and youll make better decisions and proiritize even better...suppose you lost your key in a muddy well -the only way to make it clear is to leave it alone for a while...if you try to shake it or find the key when its muddy youre just gonna make it muddier...so just get bussy  and let your mind become clear of itself because its his natural/default property to go back to clear state of itself...

Write them down .
When you write it down , your brain stops trying to keep it in focus (so that you dont forget it) and pounces on the next issue.
Write them down as ideas.
Write them down as problems.
Write them down as solutions to those ideas-problems.

As freerider said do one or few things at a time;also if you spend too much time on internet or T.V stop,it fills your mind with too much stimulation and bs.

Sup mate, I can relate, there was a time when I wanted to do so many things that I ended up doing nothing, yeah how ironic. What I've found to be a solution, just like how financialExorcist n freerider are saying, put them down as goals, complete 1 or more at a time, it might take long but is surely better than completing none of them. ;-)
