Why do you want to blur the faces? You're not doing this for profit, correct?

Man I use Windows Movie Maker version 2008, keep shit simple stupid!

Anyways whoever said something about lawsuits and shit fuck all that. One of my infield videos went viral (45,000+) with everybody talking all this mess. Bottom line nobody gives a fuck and nothings going to happen to you.

Just post em' cuz 99% of people on here too scared too.

Prepare for everybody to talk smack about you, yet at the same time for everyone in your area to want to wing with you lol.

It depends on how you shot the footage. If the camera was shaky for obvious reasons, you might want to use a program that has a stablizer, or a tracking node. Basically if you pick a bright spot that is always in the footage and let it track, it will track the camera motion.

Once its done you have a footage that is stablized, but the edged of the footage will look a bit whacky. So you can crop it out. After effects is a timeline based video editing software, pretty simple, think of it like Photoshop but for videos.

If you dont want to do tracking/stablizing,(not sure if Premiere has tracking abilities) you can simple use Primere, or very simple like TMPGENC. TMPGENC is badass program. It's got all you wanted, supports wide variety of outputs/codecs.

If you want a higher end program, use a program called Nuke. The best compositing package out there lol Used on Elysium. Will take about 4 months to learn it though.lol
