Interesting. I'm currently reading The Willpower Instinct; the author states 10-20 minutes of daily meditation adds grey matter to the prefrontal cortex. It literally strengthens your ability to draw upon more willpower. The book also briefly discusses how eating more of a plant based diet with less processed food & such has a similar effect. Not too difficult to believe.

Nice video. I've found a good way to check how effective your meditation sessions is to meditate first thing in the morning, then take a cold shower and note how it feels. the longer and more effective your meditation session the less pain you'll feel in that cold shower. You have just amped your pre-frontal cortex and are no ready to face the world!
