quick question, how do you deal with ppl (girls AND dudes) ALWAYS "reacting" to you like hardly ever meeting ppl who disagree or having opposing viewpoints to you (even though you know they do in private but are just rationalizing while sharing viewpoints because youre the "higher status" person)

like I NEVER get my viewpoints and philosophies challenged by another person face to face EVER and it annoys me because I'm thinking "theres no way that you can agree with EVERYTHING I say, you have to think SOME of its bullshit", do you just accept it or call them out on it like "yo get your own opinion, I wanna hear YOUR opinion sometimes"

Your comment about students stupidly wanting to become friends with their teachers hits home with me.

1. Teachers Can Be Rude To Students, While Friends Cannot be Rude to Friends: What's cool about good teachers is that they can tell you "STFU" or "stop being a fucking idiot" to your face and it's totally expected and valuable to you.  This is trickier with friends.

2. Teachers Are Supposed to Have Higher Status than Their Students:   A teacher has significantly more status than his student, and he uses that to his advantage to help the student get better.  But the role of a friend is not to use his superior status over another friend to help him get better.  It's more of a peer-to-peer relationship, and arguably isn't as much about self-improvement as much as it is about emotional vibing.

So in light of this, it seems irrational to want a teacher to become your friend.  No -- you want your teacher to tell you what you're doing wrong to your face, for you to buy into his advice 100% since he is the fucking master, and for you to bust your balls seeking his validation so you can get better.

(Note this seems quite similar to boyfriends wanting to become "best friends" with their girlfriends.  While it might sound like a good idea at first glance, it's arguably just a confusion of roles and leads to more problems than benefits.)

The more I think about it, there's some really bizarre shit going on with proper student/teacher dynamics. Like, I'm a pretty cocky person naturally and yet I fucking love it when Tyler goes on sadistic rants against his listeners (for our benefit).  It's like WHAT IS GOING ON HERE?  I've accomplished nearly every major goal I've ever had in my short life, regularly hang out with some of the coolest people in the world, and consider myself on many levels a straight boss (properly delusional).  Yet I log in pretty much every single day to a website which shows me videos of a dude who isn't even 10 years older than me CALLING ME A PIECE OF SHIT ON VIDEO.  LOL.

Even though I consider myself the shit, I'm still an evolved human whose ancestors grew up in presumably very hierarchical environments.  And every alpha male was at one point a beta who got yelled at and molded by those ahead of him on a pecking order.  While we might all resent being yelled at by a loser, what's so interesting is that once our brains recognize a winner on a pecking order that we buy into, we arguably have evolutionary impulses to find pleasure in seeking his guidance and advice just because our genes know it will be advantageous to us.

This was very interesting since most of it can truly apply to women...1, 4, 6 are MAJOR POINTS as I see lots of celebs, wealthy people and high fashion models... (Although it's really hard for me to notice "celebs" as seen in video below, I didn't notice jay-z nor beyonce at all and I was working the room)

I'm at :34

It's really funny because when you truly do live your own life, treating everyone on a normal human level the people you meet and/or want to align with you is ridiuclous. While I try to avoid the celeb filled places many of the people I hang with are known models, trust fund babies for huge companies and well-off entrepreneurs. Thing is YOU truly are a dude who is so focused on his life providing the value to the world that you provide, it just happened that you ran into this person who has some superficial accolade. I first noticed this, when cuba gooding jr was the one who introduced himself to me. An this is what I always mention about when it comes to women, live the life you love and bring people into it.

With that said though, these people are humans too and many of them "lack personality" (lets just say bieber was in town and about 4-5 girls I know were not attracted at all, some couldn't even take him seriously) which then makes you see how marketing and PR truly works. (Main reason why I don't like hanging around celeb-filled venues with an incentive) If it's someone like lil jon (whether djing or partying) then I'm down 100% but Mr rhymes, no thanks.

P.S...Love the "analogy" articles I've been seeing here and there

omfg dude, I keep reading and studying over this post, I cant thank u enough, I'm only a local celeb but still have a city that looks up to me so its still overwhelming for me having people either treat me either like God or SHIT, I heard it touched on in some video before that you did called yesterdays paradigm shift is todays gimmicky crutch or something close to that but never this deep

I think this one post is gon change my life hardbody because I been dealing with this type of shit for a long long long time but in these type of situations it would be completely ambiguous to me, like b4 reading this I didnt know whether to say "yo stfu get the fuck from round me faggot" or "ok I still love u", or which friends to keep around like "yo I want to actually just hang with you" especially because I come from the bottom of the bottom like even my first post here was askin how to deal with hood rats and white trash

So, how does game work for you?
Because its hard to imagine a celeb going out approaching tons of women, burning sets to the ground , whatever, you got the idea
