100 Day Challenge! Take your life to the next level!

(The video is kind of lackluster, I know, I will be posting much better videos in the future, this one is just kind of a quick intro)
Hey guys, just wanted to make a quick thread here about my 100 Day Challenge. If you dont know what it is, it's a goal setting and achieving program, that basically coaches you day by day on achieving your goals. It's made my Gary Ryan Blaire, and costs around $150.00.
Im gonna start right of the bat and say that pickup is not one of my goals for this challenge, I will be looking to do that on the next 100 day challenge, although, I will most likely be posting videos of pickup, and posting them on the channel for entertainment.
One of my 5 goals for the program is to gain 10 pounds of muscle, for the last 4-5 months Ive stagnated in the gym only maintaining my strength and weight due to lack of nutrition tracking, and consistency in the gym.
Im looking for like minded individuals to join me on this journey in achieving their goals. I have created a youtube channel that I will be using to track my daily progress of the 100 day challenge, and post other videos that may be entertaining/instructive (or more or else, fluff entertainment :b)
If you guys are on a similar path in wanting to achieve goals in your life, whether it be more money, fitness, better relationships, or just being happier in general, I encourage you to search up the 100 day challenge, as the sign up ends soon, and start getting accountable for your goals. Im not posting any affiliate links here, as that's not why Im here, Im posting this to encourage everyone to start on a journey of success in some area of life that they are struggling in, and be accountable for your actions. This program will really take you to the next level, if you stick with it.
Here are my top 5 goals I want to achieve by the end of this 100 day challenge.
- Build a profitable online business
- Pay off my $1800.00 of debt, and have $1000.00 in the bank.
- Gain 10 pounds of muscle
- Do meditation/self hypnosis for 50 hours (30mins a day for 100 days)
- Have 100 videos on youtube.
