This is cool.

I've noticed the same thing with myself, constantly going through cycles of productivity and relapse. Thing is, when I fall out of it, I stop tracking the habits too lol. Anyway, I may start this up again :)

20 habits? That's quite a lot. I'm on around 12 and with work I find I can just about squeeze them all in and get good enough sleep. Some of them don't require doing anything (no fap) but habits like eating healthy (going to buy food, making it and eating it), working out almost everyday (30 mins), meditation 10 mins, visualisation (5 mins), journaling (20 mins) and then small things like shower, Budgeting and tidying my room are quite easy.

Having said that I complete them all most days. Working out and eating healthy is probably around 90% whereas mediation is below 40 I reckon. I've just removed 20 minutes reading from my schedule. I was reading more than I ever have (making notes on the books), however because like meditation it took will power to do it I was rarely doing both so I had to make a decision between one or the other. I chose meditation because I felt it would be harder to master. I will only read now if I have the time. I will introduce it again though because reading is crucial for learning.

I've been doing these for a good few months now (journaling for a full month) and the results are incredible. I can never see myself going back to old ways.

Very interesting OP.

But I didn´t quite understand your graph.

The percentages mean the amount of objectives completed during the day? For example,  on Saturday 14/10/2012, it means you accomplished 38% of your objectives?

You mention you do better on days you sleep better. It´s the same for me, so the key is finding a definitive cure for sleep quality (if possible, which it may very well not be).

 This is awesome.

I've been doing the same since January 1st, It's so rare to get a day when everything is just green so far. Like so rare it hasnt happened.

You can tell you're an accountant I thought my graph was half decent but yours has crazy detail and organisation, any useful tips you can pass on for the spreadsheet from doing it fro sucha  long time?

Thanks.

Definitely gotta be flexible too, otherwise you will create a lot of disonance. Something I've noticed from this little experiment.
