im going to disagree ^

i tried that diet and it fucked my liver up bad.  gives you chronic constipation too, before that diet i had normal digestion, after trying the diet, i couldnt shit at all sometimes for 5 days gave me lots of health problems too..   sure you feel great for a couple of months, then your health starts going south.  and not eating complex carbs is a sure way to become fatigued. you need carbs for glucose and to power the brain (it runs on glucose).  sure your body can run on fat, but its way less efficient and takes more energy to convert than carbs and glucose.

what a load of shit, grain doesnt cause cancer lol.  synthetic chemicals (aka modern western medicine pills, preservatives, processed food causes cancer all stuff your body does not recognize)

get the book the amazing liver and gallbladder flush, do the cleanse until no more stuff comes out.  its got rid of most of my health problems, even incurable shit like ibs, ocd, etc. i say most because i still have stuff to get out of my congested liver.  andreas moritz knows his shit.

dietary recommendation.
drink lots of water
lots of fruit and vegetables
whole grains
and 6 oz of meat a day. (low fat)
and about 3 tbps of mono or poly saturated fat a day, you need this for your hormones.

organic as much as possible.  and work out at least 4 times a week.  (im a personal trainer)

Sex

Diet: veggies, fruits, meat, eggs, nuts, whole grains
Avoid: dairy, processes foods, "natural and artificial flavours"

Don't bother.  You could eat "healthy" as fuck for years and still get cancer.  Smokers live past 100.  It's genetic.

I hope you're just being ironic SpanishBombs :-)

For me, immersing myself in reading about health is what got me eating healthy. Having the knowledge in your mind about how healthy each food is and why leads you to make the right decisions.

I also did a lot of "challenges", like "no junk food" for a month to build WILL POWER, which is extremely important.

In my opinion the 3 major factors in eating healthy are:

- Will Power
- Seeing long term value
- Knowledge

I also got constipated with the paleo diet lol. Eating high fat depends on how well the liver functions. I doubt most people today have a good functioning liver.

-Have a healthy and clean diet. Read "The Ultramind Solution" and "150 healthiest foods", both books that Tyler recommended.
-Meditate. Tyler has a youtube video on how to meditate properly.
-Exercise at least 4 times a week.
-Avoid stress because that's going to make it hard to stay focused and stay on track (as far as diet and exercise go).
-Go out and game to keep yourself alert and focused.
