Alex Hot Seat San Francisco Dec. 2012

I was only able to attend the saturday for Alex Hot Seat. That was unfortunate because what Alex is teaching is extremely intriguing. His focus on the "I am enough" mindset is super interesting. I've heard that concept before but I've never heard anyone really go into detail with it.

Alex method makes me very curious because it potentially provides a way to game and pickup girls while doing it in a very natural way, almost like not trying. So it looks normal and feels normal too. It's hits a nerve in me that this is what I always hoped my skills with girl could be like. And the "I am enough" mindset now really seems to me to be a core characteristic of natural guys who get laid that I know.

The videos Alex shows are very good because they show him back in 2009 and how he progressed from more "try hard" to "I am enough". So it was cool to see that progression, it just looked as time went on Alex just had more belief in himself, and no appologies. It was like a discovery of something that was already there the whole time. It's a very comfortable warm feeling--haha.

I wish I would have made it to sunday bonus day, but Alex said I could write a review and then attend bonus day in another city. I just need more time and submersion to understand his ideas more. I believe more in Tyler method at the moment, where taking action is key, and is the way to build positive emotions. Still, Alex talked a little about how he warms up and does approaches at the beginning of the night, so I think there are a lot of similarities between Alex and Tyler method.

It's cool at the very least to challenge your beliefs, especially if you are really into Tyler's stuff. Seeing Alex Hot Seat will be really really good for your brain, and you will come out much better in the end, with a much better brain.

Otherwise, I mostly ate a place called "Plant Cafe Organic". Which was amazing! A good little place for lunch/dinner that has decent prices.

Dino kale salad FTW!
