A little while ago Todd through out a video about cutting to the chase quicker with regards to logistics- getting objections out of the way. Wanted to post up my experience with this, as it's something that I started practicing.

The first week or so that I did this, I was super awkward about it. Mainly because I had always sorta just had the mindset of AVOIDING asking any questions or making any sort of reference to anything that might be going down later. So I took a blind leap of faith here and basically said fuck it, let's try this shit out.

So the first week or so that I did it, I remember I actually was saying shit like, "So if we were to go home together right now, what's the biggest issue you'd have with it"- haha, it sounds pretty absurd, but I was legit asking this question to pretty much any girl that was hooked and isolated.

Almost every single time I got the same exact answer- I don't know you well enough, or, we just met, or, my friends are here with me.... it's all the same shit.

So at first I went in and tried to logically combat this shit- I knew this was wrong but I didn't know what else to do. Didn't work. In fact I think it's the reason some of these girls ended up flaking on me when I went for the followup within the next couple days.

Then, the next week, I decided to wait just a little bit longer to get this quesiton out- I ran some comfort shit (just a little... just to see how it feels) and THEN asked this same question... The difference was pretty remarkable. I had a few girls legit just say, "I don't know"- lol

This time though- I still had some girls saying the same ol' shit. So instead of trying to logically combat it. I sat there and said, "I Know. I have that exact same feeling. I felt so weird even asking you that question because it's just that part of me felt that I wanted to take you home but there was this other part of me that kept saying, don't do that- that's crazy"

So I would throw out some variation of that line, pretty much in response to wtvr they said- it almost didn't matter what they said, I would just adjust that same line.

Then I would go directly into a little fantasy roleplay about how it's us and our CRAZY feelings against the world.

Now, the way I have it broken down here, it's very linear and organized or whatever. When I was doing this- it def. wasn't like this. Obvioulsy, there are variables in-field but for the sake of this post-  I just wanted to throw up the general way I went about implementing, in my own way, Todd's video. Solid stuff, man. Def. got me thinking and expanding the way I game.

Very cool. It's a nice soft close. You can 100% make her aware of your intent, while completely maintaining rapport and keeping the pressure low. You know, the way you presented what you did, and the typical responses to each approach, made me feel like I personally went through all those stages. It was like a reference experience shortcut to the later stages of what you tried. Most certainly going to be some lines / frames that I try out. Cheers.

Yeah, at my job, I do a lot of things but sales is a HUGE part of what I'm doing right now

And I actually have done something very similar with a lot of my clients- I'll just put whatever issues need to be addressed on the table, "What's stopping you from starting to work with us, tomorrow"- I don't say it in a demanding way or anything... I'm more just geninely curious to understand what their objections are becuase often times, it just comes down to a misunderstanding and when that is cleared up and they learn to trust me and understand that our product is exactly what they need- they have no issues signing up.

It's similar.

Cool, cool. Many overlaps b/w pickup and sales, hey :-). We always soft close after delivering price, with "blah, blah.... cost is XXX, Essentially, though, I'm in the planning phase for the project. I just wanted to bring it to your attention, let you know what we're doing, see whether you'd like to be involved". Then see that comes up, handle some objections and move into a hard ball-locking close that simultaneously handles considers the objections. As I read your opening post, I was thinking about the similarities. With your lines etc you get to know what her objections are for free, without compromising the set.

Yup. I think that was one of the major points of Todd's vid- very solid idea.
