"If you take care of yourself first through the proper habits and action, you feel good and centered as you are, then when you hang out with other people, you need nothing in return from them, so naturally offer value and influence them from a clear, pure place of good intentions."

Without true independence, you can not have interdependence.

"Have sex for more sex" lol! Thanks dood.

" Passion for work: find something you’re genuinely in love with doing, and do it every day. You’ll stay connected to your sense of influence, aliveness, and naturally be a very relaxed and focused person who always feels good and centered in the midst of chaos. "

I can't attest to this enough.

I got drunk with this old Mexican guy once, who was an engineer.
In his accent he told me: "A man should die working". lol, wish I had it recorded.

Sick post! Succinct, and well written.

In the process of getting success with women, I personally completely forgot to go out with no purpose or goal in mind. Just to blow off steam, crack jokes w/ people, and just have PURE FUN. (tho isn't that what game really is??).

Recovering game addicts... lol.

I agree, the more areas of life you take care of, the more ways you have to feel good if one of them gets road blocked

If set up propery success will just be a natural byproduct of your everyday life

Guess it´s the only post I needed to read these days. It´s about everything I´ve been collecting from experience since last year and coming full circle this month. Can´t attest properly (yet) for item 7 from not having gone out properly for about 8 months (blindly taking care of the other aspects) until last week, so I can´t stress enough item 6 - lack of it was killing me unnoticed. And I still have entitlement issues from lack of passion for work (though steady progress is coming). It´s plain stupid, but it still effects me more than I admit it should.

I dare say that any 4 of them (item 6 being a requisite) is the bare, cut-out minimum to start having good results in life, but to live in full all of them are required - and if you can make money in the process, it´s a huge plus. Even item 7 (Having sex) is almost a given if you take care of the others. Sense of entitlement, extreme self-love, staying outside my head, emotional independence and detachment from others, positive thinking, drive to take action and outcome independance, all extensively cited in this community, all are related, intertwined, and somewhat consequences of those, because my mind becomes totally adverse to bullshit. At least in my experience.

So a big thumbs up and thanks for sharing, it helped get right a few wandering thoughts. Peace!

Hey, loved the post! I've been working toward improving those areas of my live. However, I've been struggling with maintaining habits. I eat very healthy for a few weeks, then I start drinking soda and eating out. Go out consistently, then start going to the movies and staying in. Tried meditation but many days I skip it.

Were you always able to stick with your habits. Do you have any ways to keep yourself in check when you step out of line? I'm getting better with my habits but still not where I want to be...

Pretty much nailed :-) I wonder if in 1,000 years the activities will be completely different or similar. Michel Foucault literature makes me think these are just activities of the time lol. Still, for this time, they are the way to go!
