Alright, first let me tell you a little about my story. I've been in this community for over 10 years now. I've read so much shit. I've seen the fads, the evolution, the shift from indirect to natural game.Like most of you, you start to realize you need to develop as a person to get good at anything. In terms of Personal Development, the only thing that started working for me was the Eckhart Tolle and Buddhism type principles (ironically.) That stuff really opened my eyes to how much humanity was suffering including myself. Now while that gave me SOME peace of mind (and consequently success with women,) it just wasn't satisfactory. Plus it was too much maintainance. You have to constantly remind yourself to be present, you have to watch your thoughts. In my opinion it's really burdomsome to have to live your life like that. Why can't you just be happy naturally? A lot of people are. Anyway, what I'm going to talk about has nothing to do with Tolle type principles. Where I found my answer was in the field of Medicine and Science. My post is based on the following question.

Does it make sense that any of the following undiagnosed conditions could negatively affect your success with women (Even if they're mild):
•     Clinical Depression
•     Generalized Anxiety Disorder/Social Anxiety Disorder
•     ADHD
•     Low dopamine (Life will feel boring, uninteresting and you will be mostly Apathetic)
•     Fatigue/Low Energy      •     Seasonal Affective Disorder
•     Problems with the body's Endorphin Production (The body's natural painkiller.)
•     Low Self Esteem
•     Low Testosterone (Lack of energy, assertiveness, confidence, etc)

These things are such obvious solutions that I feel stupid for not realizing it 10 years ago when I got into all this. It's so blatantly obvious that the men who are suffering from these conditions are the ones who are having problems with girls. Anxiety? Depression? Low-Testosterone?Even if you're great with girls, any improvment in any of these areas will A) make you more satisfied with your life in general and B) as a side effect of you being a happier person, you'll get more chicks. Anyway, here's one of the first things in the book. There's a chart of symptoms, you take down your score and the author gives you ways you can improve in those categories. It deals with a lot of different things like brain chemistry, but it's written in a way that's really easy to understand.

Read the reviews people left. Her book is so legit. It's totally effective. There's a lot of scientific research backing the safety and efficacy of many of these methods. But one word of caution is before you start any diet or suppliment plan, it's always best to check with your doctor and do some research. Take this caution seriously especially if you're on any perscription medications, and especially perscription antidepressants. I mean this. While most of the suppliments we discuss in this thread are considered to be safe and effective and some are already part of a normal human diet, it's always best to air on the safe side. Here are some of the known interactions: Do not take 5-HTP while taking a perscription Antidepressant. SSRI Antidepressants block some of the brain chemical Serotonin from leaving the brain, while 5-HTP adds more to the brain. If you're adding serotonin to the brain and also blocking the escape, this can cause big problems, specifically a condition called serotonin syndrome. If you're taking a MAO-I, please do not take any suppliments discussed in this thread without first discussing it with your doctor. Seriously. There is mention of an herbal antidepressant called St. Johns Wort, which can interact with a lot of things, so be very careful with this one as well. Those are the main ones, but please, talk to your doctor before starting any dietary or suppliment regiment. Obviously, nothing in this thread has been evaluated by the FDA and since this is the case, legally no products mentioned can be intended to diagnose, treat or cure any disease. Now this isn't to say how effective any one thing is, it's just that the FDA does not evaluate suppliments as cures or treatments for diseases. But please check with your doctor.

thanks for sharing, have picked up the kindle version. Agree that physiology is way more important than most realize. I do believe it's a self-fulfilling prophecy (i.e. success positively affects your physiological state which in turn fosters more success, and vice versa).

Not a problem dude, I really liked this book. I think a lot of these dating coaches (even the best ones) focus a lot on Psychology (control your thoughts, be positive, etc,) but the truth is that Psychiatry and Brain Chemistry play a huge part in if you're able to actually able to think positively. This brain chemistry stuff really changed my life. I literally wake up every morning so glad that I'm alive which is something I never had before. It's such a great feeling. And the side effect of bagging more broads is a pretty cool side benefit.

100%, I've been down a similar path. Diet really matters. Again thx for taking the time to share.

I have a great deal of respect for what Tony Robbins is trying to do, but in all honesty that didn't work for me. Like I would try to be positive, but it just felt "fake." I've gotten into all the positive thinking stuff (Like Law of Attraction, Think and Grow Rich, Tony Robbin,) and as much as I tried everything, I only had limited success. After being fed up I decided to look to the field of medicine. I read studies from Harvard on Depression, what treatments worked, what treatments didn't work. What scientifically made men attractive to women (Yes, it IS the whole Alpha Male thing, and whether you're an Alpha Male or not largely depends on your Testosterone levels, which the book covers,) and other brain chemicals. Guys it's not all mental. Mental = the software part. Now we're digging a little deeper into the Hardware part. Once your hardware and software is on point you're gonna be a MONSTER.

Here's a great study from Harvard:

http://mason.gmu.edu/~sslayden/curr-chem/fish-oil/fishoil-wp.htm

And here's a really eye opening thread from a fitness forum discussing Testosterone levels and success with women:

http://www.elitefitness.com/forum/anabolic-steroids/do-high-testosterone...

And I am NOT suggesting taking steroids to increase your success with women, but it's only to illustrate the power of having good testosterone levels and how it affects your success with women. There are much safer ways of boosting Test other than taking roids. Plus with roids your body shuts down naural production of Testosterone so you'll just fuck yourself even more in the long run.

I would but the only place I've been able to find it was Kindle/Paperback. There's no .pdf or .epub version.
