I don't know. I think if you have an open mind you can learn a lot from it. "Leaders are readers" and "Knowledge is power" as they say.

Both 'The Power Of Now' and 'A New Earth' are great. You can't really compare the two but if you still wanted an answer that gets me off the fence i'll go with 'A New Earth' because it's kinda more powerful.
I'm sure you will find yourself immersing yourself more and more into Tolle's content after any of the books because once you get it, it's INSANE and you will end up wanting more of it. It will literally change your approach to life. Go for it.

Cool thanks for the input. Might start with 'a new earth' due to it being more recent and if I enjoy it I will move to the power of now. Might do some extended research though but apparently really powerful stuff and opens your mind.
Just want to try and be in control of myself and improve my inner self.

@Macavity - haha could you give a little more info to that book?

I haven't read a new earth.. I couldn't get into it after the first little bit. But I've read power of now and practicing the power of now.

If you were to chose one def get practicing the power of now. Manwhore told me to get the audio to it and listen to it everywhere. I do and it's amazing. It's more practical than the others I find. It tells you how to enter the now instead of explaining what the now is..

Of course the most important thing over reading anything is just meditating every day.
