Read A New Earth (Eckhart Tolle) in the last chapters. There it is very well explained what abundance means. Tyler talks about the same. It is an inner state, not necessarily "outer" abundance.

OTOH you can also often just pull girls by being ENTITLED and behaving NORMALLY.
So it's a balance between the two, both can work. Techniques especially provide the logistical aspect of ACTUALLY PULLING once you have the attraction.

So can you only do one while maintaining the same effectiveness? I'm more into cold approach then creating a lifestyle/hobbies.

There are so many times where a girl is legit SUPER SUPER attracted to you... but... she doesn't have a "reason" to leave with you... as weird as that sounds.
I mean, think about our own success barriers. How many times have we all been in situations where we KNOW what the "right" thing to do is, in terms of making ourselves happy: "Okay, I'm 100 pounds overweight, so to not be overweight and to be content within my own body and live a lifestyle that makes me feel content and joy, I need to eat healthy"... and then, the very next day you see that same person walking into dunkin doughnuts before work and grabbin their fix of that custard filled doughnut...
It's the same with girls... even when they are SUPER attracted to you (because you got your intnernals dialed)... they will do EVERYTHING in their power to PREVENT their own happiness... it's just the way humans are dialed... so our goal, is to make their lives easier.
Our goal is to go into their kitchen, clean out the pantry, clean out the fridge, clean out the cupboards and repalce all their junk food with clean, healthy food- then if they STILL aren't eating healthy (roll with the analogy here) we go ahead and take their credit cards away so they can't go and buy junk food... Essentially, we FORCE them into a situation where they can achieve their own happiness- cause LORD KNOWS they won't do it on their own (most of the time)
As julien says, "Block all the exits"- lmao, it sounds pretty vicious when he says it like that... but he just does that for the drama ; ) ... there are much nicer and less "dramatic" ways of describing what's going on here.

So basically, lifestyle = hobbies/self development and cold approach = always approaching girls non stop
Together, they give you a lot of abundance
