Works great IMO. I've been competely grain-free for 45 days now (except 1 cheeseburger), and I was on a low-grain diet since December. I have more energy and I can eat anything else I want (excluding junk food) in nearly any quantity. I work out 1 hour x5 per day. Highly recommended. I also suppliment whey x3 per day (48g each time). I only eat two meals per day, Lunch and Dinner.

I'm on about a year now, cured me of many things I've been suffering with for years, lost a shit ton of weight. Depending on how much weight you have to lose and also whether you are gluten sensitive you may or may not see as drastic a change, but either way it's the best thing for your health, I highly recommend it. I train intensely and I would say it's helped a lot.

Gluten free has helped me immensely, but I am especially sensitive to it. It does suck to give up sanwhiches. But it helps my brain a lot.

yeah I wanna try cutting out gluten too to see if it makes a difference. it's not much use asking people about their experiences though, some people are more sensitive than others, so the only way to find out is try it for yourself.

I've done paleo for 7 month results weren't amazing but health is pretty good anyways. Half of the battle with this stuff Is finding what works for you. Some People respond better to certain things than Others. Some can't eat fruit, some can't handle the caloric density of nuts, some can cope well with dairy. There's so much to play with from how you sleep, what time you sleep to how you exercise and how sedentary your life is you have to learn as much as you can and experiment and test things by how you feel.
Intermittent fasting is a big thing in the paleo community, can be the best thing in the world or the wOrst depending who you are. With regards to will power its easy to have it if you have enOugh reasons why you ought to have it.

lol at people who follow paleolithic diets.. haha even Alan Aragorn lol'd at them.. :D
AA dismissed them for their dismissal of grains having no scientific basis. They way they describe grains being bad "makes sense", but scientifically, there's no basis for their claims.
However, other than that, the Paleo diet is just a good low carb diet which works really well, so I don't know why you'd have to laugh at them.
