Just relax, let her game you, and don't say anything stupid. I had an experience a few weeks ago where I had just gotten into the club and was approached by this OK blonde. From there, just ran normal game: moved her, got her number, made out, and chilled with her for the rest of the night until we went back to her place. IMO it's not much different than if you had approached her. Let her game you and then escalate.
