Man that would really suck. I'm pretty amoral on this topic, if I was a woman I'd get that thing out of me without hesitation. Why ruin your whole life for that.
I'd also question whether this girl got pregnant intentionally. Sounds like she doesn't even want to entertain the idea of an abortion because she wanted it in the first place, and is using "her feelings" as justification

However, this is what I did in a similar situation.
I'd just been on vacation in Hong-Kong and got a message from one of the girls I had met there telling me she was pregnant and was going to keep it. I'd already been told I was going to be a father once when I was 17, where I took it like a responsible gentleman (luckily I got away easy), however, I had decided I was not going to be as gentle if it happened again.
Pretty much what I did was relentlessly pushing for the abortion with all tools available. Framing her as a bad and selfish person, and that an abortion is the best thing to do. I also started to contact her friends trying to get them to convince her to get rid if it, and making it really emotionally hard and awkward for her. I decided I was going to do what it takes to not get a kid, and I did it. She ended up takin a chemical abortion and went on vacation feeling all dead inside. This is sort of hard material I guess, but it is really hard to talk girls out of this stuff.
