You need to get the fuck off your computer. But if you're gonna be on it, stop doing stupid shit like browsing 4chan and facebook all day. Computers are great fucking things. But only if you use them right. If you're gonna be on it all day, use it to do something productive. Learn to program. Learn networking. Download some Comptia A+ manuals. Take that knowledge and do something with it. Start a business. Browse some entrepreneur forums. Just something that's gonna help you. Do some Internet Marketing and make some money instead of browsing facebook photos all fucking day. Like I said, don't use computers for stupid shit, use them to help you.
