Virgins. Everywhere, I don't even think theres one deflowered girl in my grade at school.
Everything physical at my age (15) is considered a big deal. How do I progress when everyone is so freakin frigid? grrrrrr

 Try picking up girls outside of your campus if you are attending a very small conservative school. Try shopping malls, festivals, and other public venues. You may wanna also signup for a summer camp that is co-ed or college campus parties (which I attended when I was in high school). Check out your nearby university for student organizations and attend them as an undercover student.

Yea I think my best bet is under 21 festivals. But parents aren't keen :/

I wish I had your problems ;).  You can afford to take it a bit slower at your age, and you may even be FORCED to.  You'll essentially be TEACHING them as you go a lot of the time.  But try to enjoy it rather than viewing it as a chore.  You'll look back fondly one day.
