Just to add to the language thing, learning a new language is shown to stimulate growth in parts of the brain.

Idea is awesome however its not possible to implement so many (new) habits in your life. Sooner or later you dont have enough willpower to push through.

In the case most habits are new for you I would start with one at a time.

Pretty good, however I don't agree that you come back better than ever when you fall off the horse. I think, unless you've just heard a very moving speech or something, you simply come back.
That is with habits that you simply "do" and that's it.

For the development of skills, yes, I agree. You come back better.

As for curing apathy, I propose a vacation (especially if activities are non-related to goals) + re-evaluating your values is the cure.

This is an awesome post! Gave me a lot of new insights to better my life.

I agree that one shouldn't go about creating too many habits at once. One or two is more manageable. Also having someone to be accountable to everyday will increase your chance of success. Some shit like you have to pay him if you miss doing your task.

One new habit every month leads to 36 new habits after 3 years.

Just be patient and focus on one habit at a time.

This is plagarism to the highest degree. It's sickening that you stole this entire post from KratosGuide and didn't even source it once and even worse are passing it off as your own article. You are a piece of shit and I hope you get what's coming to you.
