Awesome! I actually started doing something similar a month ago, also using an exel sheet and red/green colours. You helped me a great deal, from simple things to switching the dates and accomplishments horizontal and vertical to adding objetives like planning the next day.

Thanks alot!

yeah biggest areas it's going to help me is meditation and reading. I already for example rape guitar daily.

but i fail other simple areas reading / meditation. i think keeping a chart is the best idea ever.

I think you should elaborate a bit on the meta-meta-cognition part. I'm not sure of what level you're talking about, and of the practical application of it.

Meta cognition allows you to think about your thinking. If you regularly do this you can manage your life very effectively and efficiently. Meta meta cognition allows you take take a further step back and think about how your managing your life. “How am I managing my life? How should I be managing my life?” To answer that question you need have an understanding of your values. It gives you a sense of direction in life and answers the question of what your working towards and why. I imagine most people never get to that stage.

"I view everything as a result of my actions, every outcome is the result of a process"  I love that, i think its a very healthy mindset to have when going into anything.

also cold showers are the shit.  Instant rejuvenation

I finally sat down and read this after dismissing it as "too long" several times.  It was well worth the read.  I like the spreadsheet as a visual mathematical tracking device.  Very nice!
