Whats up guys,

Just wanted to give RSDN a heads up.  I posted an article last week that was a guest post written by the guy who's been mentoring me through my gym/nutrition training process.

He's worked with everyone from Mr. Universes, Navy Seals teams, and him and his colleague are the guys that get the call when an NFL athlete needs to put on 20-30 lbs of mass as quick as possible.

He gave a full fundamental breakdown of good nutrition and gym routine specifically for what's gonna get you noticed by the ladies when you are in the club, and is planning to answer any comments posted in the article.

 My box says every scoop of my protein powder contains 23.9 grams of protein. That means I should put 10 scoops in a shake if I weigh 180 pounds?

Ah yes, the "only protein shakes" diet.

Are you not eating any protein?

You'd be able to eat the shake with a knife and fork if you prepared it like that.  Spread shakes throughout the day and eat high protein foods like eggs & chicken.

Your body can't digest that much protein in one sitting.  Space it out.

Seriously, men will always look top heavy- we have 75% more muscle mass in the upper body vs only 50% more in the legs.
