You'd be able to eat the shake with a knife and fork if you prepared it like that. Spread shakes throughout the day and eat high protein foods like eggs & chicken. Seriously, men will always look top heavy- we have 75% more muscle mass in the upper body vs only 50% more in the legs.

Just wanted to give RSDN a heads up. I posted an article last week that was a guest post written by the guy who's been mentoring me through my gym/nutrition training process.
He's worked with everyone from Mr. Universes, Navy Seals teams, and him and his colleague are the guys that get the call when an NFL athlete needs to put on 20-30 lbs of mass as quick as possible.
