I think maybe he is cultivating this persona to appeal to the public. Well a very specific group of the populations. People who like gangster rap. Preferably the more twisted shit.
Do you think he is genuine when he sings this shit. He obviously does a lot of drugs. Those gangster rappers, most of them been smoking the get high since they were 9 years old. That shit would do some twisted shit to your brain.
As for him getting laid, I'm sure each girl he fucks (probably mostly ghetto sluts) wouldn't hear his music first and then say 'dam this nigga says some nasty shit, I"m not gonna fuck him'. I dont think its because he is a celebrity. Personally if a celebrity was singing about "cutting my dick off and cooking it" I wouldnt want to do her.
