Its over man. 2 dates in and you are still kissing her on the cheek? Face it you have become her gay best friend. Which is alright if you want her to be your full time therapist but if its the other way around you are being strung along hard. You mentioned she was your best friend's ex. IMO she wants to see how long she can string you along and use you before she can find another dork to string along for more stuff/good emotions without the "guilt" of not having sex with him. Meanwhile when she goes out with her girls she hooks up like mad with guys who she can't connect to on any level at all (pretty much any college hipster/thug/jersey shore lookalike tool).
She's probs also let down by the fact that you haven't banged her yet seeing as you are five years older than her. Hell I'm 30 and I still try to get with chicks 9-10 years younger than me but I let them know right out of the gate that I am a man that goes for what he wants especially with women. When you are over 25 this is expected of you IMO. If you do not escalate (I don't mean grope like a molester I mean grab her hands and throw her into your arms then ask her what she wants) as soon as you get a good sign and you are over 25 you will be punished for it cuz chicks expect guys over 25 to have experience.

I don't think it's over, but if you are to meet her again make sure to escalate and attempt that make out EVEN if you think it's not a good time (because you probably will try to rationalize that it's not). You might be pleasantly surprised. And if not at least there won't be any 'what if's' later on - which is also great. It's win-win.
If a girl who was a boxing fan would miss a Pacquiao fight for me I would fully assume she is very attracted to me and is dying for me to kiss her, any signs pointing otherwise need to be reframed (I attempt to kiss and she gives me the cheek => she's very shy). If you were in her shoes would you miss that fight for somebody you didn't find sexually attractive?

Also - and this is something that you will most likely realize as you get more experienced - no girl should even be considered girlfriend material before you have sex with her.
Oh and to a counter example to those saying it's over. My friend stole this ridiculously hot 18yr old from me at a local bar. She had a BF at the time but they were texting and a week later she broke up with him to give my friend a shot. They went on around 5 dates before she accepted to makeout (he pushed it a few times though and she was saying soon...).
Anyway, she only had 1 BF for 4 years before (the guy she broke up with) and after waiting 5 dates or so to makeout, they ended up fucking at his place another 3 dates later (she took the bus for 2 hours to go to his place).
This girl is very hot, but just because she only had 1 bf before she still puts a big deal on makeout/sex (she even made my friend meet her parents before).
Also, as I said this wasn't social circle.. it was off one meeting at a bar.
So.. you never know. But... My friend is not an idiot he did push for makeout a few times (at least once each of the 5 dates before she said alright)

It sounds like this girl isn't getting any from you so those attraction switches are staying firmly glued in the off position.
Next time you see her, open with a compliment. Hopefully something hilarious as shit so you have a big smile on my face. I usually imagine in my mind I'm fucking them so I get this wide grin on my face because I truly believe I'm the funniest motherfucker in the world. Then, as soon as she does ANYTHING you don't like, (tease you, call you out on hitting on her, etc) act really really upset. Say "we're over."
She's going to be like, "really?"
and just say, "I don't see how you could be so cruel!" (overly dramatic, stifling a big fat grin)
She apologizes and starts totally buying into your frame, "Oh I didn't mean t, I was just asking, I'm sorry." You decide you like her after all and that it's NOT over. She'll light up because this shit is hilarious to women they love it. This is the FUNNIEST when you say it if she asks if you have any sexual interest in her
Try this shit ONCE and then take careful note of how her reactions to you touching her change. Then repeat until the panties come off. Focusing too much on this girl will not help you. Try to have some similar threads going with two other girls at the same time, if you can.
