You're definitely at least intermediate.

Keep your RAS open to absorb every bit of advice given to you so you can work on it after your bootcamp on a 30 day challenge.
Best bet would be to do a 30 day challenge before it because if you have AA instructors will be wasting precious time pushing you into sets instead and reinforcing fundamentals that you could have fixed without instructors.
FEARLESSLY DO ANYTHING THE INSTRUCTOR SAYS OR DO, Bootcamp is an opportunity to develop massive new reference experiences. Open your RAS to what the instructors do and advise, maybe your ganna think you need help in closing or hooking but find that they tell you something completely different, pay close attention towards working on what they say
Have no expectations in receiving a magic pill or getting laid, however I assure you will come out saving 3-6 months of a learning curve
It is your job to make sure you get what you want, the instructors have the purest intentions and go above and beyond certaintly, but I would make sure you are prepared to hound Owen like a dog and never hesitate in expressing any concern or sticky point or dis-satisfaction with him while out in field

Buy some Melatonin or Valerian root and supplement with it on program. I had a lot of trouble sleeping during my program and according to the instructors its pretty common. Sleep as much as you can on bootcamp

Hey guys, Cat here.
I'm taking my first BOOTCAMP with Owen real soon (so stoked) and I'm interested in getting your feedback about how you think a student should best prepare for a bootcamp.
I'd love to know if this changes with the "level of results" a student is at. If so I'd love to know how a newbie should prepare, how an intermediate guy should prepare, and how an advanced guy should prepare.
Ideally you are someone like Owen, Jeffy, Brad, Alexander, or other dudes who are teaching other guys in a methodical way and you want to give a "heads up" to me and other potential students. OR you HAVE taken a bootcamp and, speaking from experience, would suggest specific things before and during BC to make the most of it.
Finally, please refrain from the easy response of:
-- GO OUT A LOT
-- APPROACH A LOT
-- LEARN FROM YOUR MISTAKES
Yes, obviously. Honestly if you aren't doing that already.. I don't really think you deserve to go on bootcamp (my opinion, I can understand a situation where a guy is so fucked he needs that external pressure but that's not me). And I guess if that's all you really think one needs to do, then so be it, post it up -- might as well reemphasize the importance of TAKING ACTION.
I really appreciate all your thoughtful, non-bullshitty input. I think this could be a valuable thread of discussion for anyone who wants to, is going to, or has taken a bootcamp.
As a sidenote, I would humbly put myself in the new to intermediate range.
Thanks!

You're better than intermediate. Just be open to doing whatever you have to do on the bootcamp. I'm taking my first BOOTCAMP with Owen real soon (so stoked) and I'm interested in getting your feedback about how you think a student should best prepare for a bootcamp.

You might be doing some things wrong that you don't even realize or have some blindspots. They'll fix those. They'll push you to do some new things that you might not be accustomed to. Like for example, I met a guy once that had done thousands of approaches but he'd never just went up to a girl and introduced himself without any routines. It was a big deal for him. They'll push you to do difficult sets to expand your comfort zone. Best part is that you'll get feedback which is really informative.
If I remember correctly, and I might be totally off base here, you were trying to figure out same night lays. They could probably see what you're doing wrong in the beginning and give you a ton of helpful advice to seed those and get them more consistently.
You're probably reading this thinking, "How is this telling me what I can do to prepare?". Well if you've always been doing things a certain way and getting a result you don't want then there might be some changes you have to make. Changes that might result in more blowouts because they're not safe approaches but result in higher lays. As an example, "try to make out with this girl within 2 minutes" might be nerve racking and not make any sense because it could lose the girl when in actuality you could have spent all night talking to her and not pull. That's why I said "be open" and be flexible to new things or even weird things as I'm sure you've read about with all the state boosters.
and yea....just go out and do approaches before the bootcamp.

Good to have a clear idea of what you want to work on and what you want to acheive during it.
take responsability for getting what you want out of it.
and dont take it too all seriously, you're there to have fun and mess with girls, so just try and have a good time.
