I feel like you're coming from an all or nothing thinking frame.
If you are not however, the main issue might not even be about seeing the world as a friendly place.
The main issue might be that you don't think you're good enough just as you are and thus you are insulting them to try and affirm to yourself that you're the one in power.

YES. That might be it. I tend to see interactions with the hotter girls in a "fuck or rejection" kind of way. Really annoying, for them and for me personally.

I come from a chodely place with lots of negative and abusive thinking, however I have pushed myself through the worst of it. But it still creeps back from time to time, where I notice how I'm slipping back into the mindset of trying to tear the girl down with insults, or just trying to prove them wrong for giving me negative indicators. Even to the point where my RAS tunes in to any negative thing I can think of that she does (like looking at another guy walking by when I talk to her), just so I can be mean towards her in response.
As a full chode this happened constantly, nowadays it doesn't happen that often. But it sometimes shows up around the really hot girls I talk to.
Do you understand this problem? It's not really as terrible as it may sound in the thread, but it's 100% guarantee blow-out proof. I know I really have to work through it. Can someone with similar experiences give me something to think about to work this through?
