Any information you need on food and nutrition is avalible on the net. I don't know why OP is pushing this crap but I don't see a point in paying a 100$ for getting free fucking information. Fitness websites are for fat asses who don't train and don't have the balls to make it to the gym.

Your obsolutely right, there is a ton of free information out there.  Sometimes something says something, another site says the opposite.  Some sites are just blogs setup to display there niche and sell there ebooks.

Why take a bootcamp?  That's a lot of money!  When you could really just grow some balls and GO to the club.

Or would 3 days, having some pros tell you "Your doing this, instead do this!".  Maybe that's worth the money, to make your next club visits, better.  Instead of making the same mistakes that could be costing you from living the life you want, instead your have a coach who sets you on the right path.

You can easily see, with all the information online how one could possibly have information OVERLOAD, and be confused with all the conflicting ideas.  Perhaps a small investment of $100 a month, for a coach who has BEEN there DONE that.  Guiding you ONE habit at a time, for a WHOLE year.  Committing yourself to that, might not be a bad thing, wouldn't you agree?

You can have caoch telling you how to do it but that doens't mean your going to hit out everyweekend and do it. I worked as a personal trainer for a while now and the only clients that get results are motivated from inside. There is nothing that I can teach them that will stop the fatty from shoving her face in the cake on the weekend. She needs to want to change.

I can take a bootcamp and not take any of the coaches suggestions. I can even take the bootcamp, take the coaches sugestion and never apply it. People that buy these products usually never use them. They learn a bunch of cool shit and that is about it. Besides, the average Joe doesn't really need to know that much to reach most of their health and fitness goals. The basic formula for loosing weight for your average fat ass is move more and eat less. That is all they need. Any elborate course is just a waste of money when all the info their offering is avalible for free outside.

Classic bad coaching == "if I don't get the result it must be their fault"
--> go read PN's philosophy on coaching if you want to be a better personal trainer/coach as well

The thing is I know you're wrong from experience.  There are good teachers/coaches and shit teachers/coaches.  A bad coach is inevitably going to come to these conclusions you've drawn.  But its not so much the "coach" per se who is bad, its just their method.  Same exact thing as with pickup, or with sales.  Improve your technique and you improve your results.

A big difference between the "personal trainer model" or even "weekend bootcamp" and something like these programs is the "long-term immersion."

You're free to impose your limiting beliefs on yourself but please keep them just to yourself from now on.

Came here to post before/after pics. Just to brag. Put on 10 pounds in a matter of months. It can be done - put in the work. I have a long way to go before I reach my peak. This is kid stuff.

Hey clayaiken - good stuff! My friend is currently doing the scrawny to brawny thing. its amazing! he was actually doing really well, up there with the top of his group in terms of weight gain without much fat gains so he astheically looks good which is what they base the winners on mostly... but he got pretty sick and lost three weeks of training and now is a bit behind  the leaders. Oh well. Its an amazing program nonetheless. PN is good shit!

I helped a lady with 300 pounds who could walk out of her mobility scooter at the age of 50 to loose about 100 pounds. If your not a personal trainer, then your "expertise on coaching" don't mean jack shit. When was the last time you trained someone and helped them loose weight? Also, I am sick of people using this board for their advertising purposes man. Stop spamming.
