Seems pretty consistent, especially since he is already balding at 32, which is primarily caused by high testosterone.

Actually the rest of the boys probably do more than me. They're traveling so there's no regulars or rotation, like I assume Tyler meant when he said a "stable city". no pun intended lol. But yeah Brad, Alex Ryan etc if I recall correctly are hitting like 60 a year, I'm a bit more laid back these days and I average about 30-40 a year.
Also, I don't use the "drink beer" method... see the thread about "HOPS IS ESTROGEN" or whatever. But I do like wine. and bourbon. and amaro. etc. Nonetheless, I am in the gym 6 days a week now and my cardio, strength and stamina are all up there. I also quit smoking which can really fuck up your blood vessels and contribute to low performance. I drink a shit ton of water each day and my diet while not super strict is pretty healthy (I just dont go overboard calorie wise that's my main thing). I typically bang 1-3 different girls every day of the week, except for on bootcamp which I refer to as my "dong vacation."

Good stuff. I find to have everything in proper balance is a challenge and with health and fitness, there is always something to adjust.
It is brilliant but, it takes a lot of work and there is pulling a stunner and pulling someone awe-inspiring, type you recognize your counter balance in another.
Depending on how settled in life one is and the sort of timing in a person's life has a lot to do with this.
I think people got to put it into perspective that Tyler has been at this game for sometime pre dating prior to the game going mainstream and public and Jeffy as well shortly after.
The fact being, they are not looking to catch their second wind or backing away gracefully says enough about their character and cause, being that they believe in what they do.

Nice. Yeah I know what it is. Sucks when you're chillin outside with buddies that blaze, cuz you want to participate but you can't really bring the Volcano outdoors. I enjoy J's too much so I'll still do it occasionally. I got this thing called 'vapor genie' its a small portable vaporizer, its not as good but its convenient.
