nat·u·ral: A person regarded as having an innate gift or talent for a particular task or activity. So.....................

A guy who is good with women by being himself. Where his self has been derived from a likely positive environment .

I wouldn't feel bad about not being a natural. Everyone in the PUA world is not a natural.

If by natural you mean guys "Outside" the community who are game tight, then sure ,there are naturals out there
I have an uncle whose seeing three women right now, however before this he stuffed up his first marriage, he admits he needed practice before he got to where he is today

My mates brother is a killer in the club, however hes also married with a kid, and he admits if he could do it all again, he would of never gotten married at that age and would of lived more
now he has to sneek out with us everytime he wants a dirty night out

So yeah the naturals i know seemed to have paid a high price before getting their minds right
