The buteyko method recognizes that the every disease has a root cause of a deficiency of oxyen at the cellular level.

WHATs up guyssssss. HEres a tune to get u started. 
 

OK, I dont just meditate I take 3 things and mix them into one for excellent life altering results. 

I take this world renown body language method (alexander technique) posture correction technique and basically meditate lying down, this straightens my spine and allows me to meditate for longer without getting too uncomfrotable. THe longest I have done is 2.5 hours straihgt meditation in this position

 


I aim now for 20-45 mins of meditation daily.  I asked RSD instructor Alexander if he meditates and he surprisigly said he doesn't which doesn't change  a thing because I have achieved great reswults in focus awareness of my body, better able to banter with alpha guys, great eye contact, some women cant even recognize me anymore over the phoen because of changes in my voice (deeepning). ANd overall awesomeness. I think of it like my brain is  a library and each passing hour books get knocked over and full aisles and rows of shleves get knocked down creating a huge mess in my head which stops me from thinkign clearly or being able to enjoy the moment with my friends or the girl, I also feel very negative in this zone. So what meditation does for me is it puts all the shelves back in place adn al the books back in alphabetical order and all the aisles are clear and everyhing is easily accesible and oirganized. 

SO the last piece of the puzzle which by itself has the effects of meditation but combined wiht meditation is lIke a nuclear warhead in my arsenal of attractiveness. THE BUTEYKO METHOD. NOw i had posted a while back about anybody being familiar with this but none seemed to know and others expresed interestt. SO i went on the hunt to find out and LO and behold I now know the secrets of the universe. 

SInce easrly childhood I had been brething frm my mouth and growing up my face had evolved improperly because of this. WHen u dont breathe right ur voice is off and u are more liekly to become lazy and act enrvous and negative. The studies are all there and I hve done extensive research on the matter and am surprised that most doctors themselves don't know about this phenomonen of not breathign correclty. 

THE METHOD was developed as a cure for ASTHMA and my motehr has asthma and I was sruprseid that she had known about this technique all along and I even have a book on it. I hae two documents that outline the method and now I utilie the method as well as the alexander tehcnique all while I meditate. 

In writing this may seem much but in exceution it is quite simple and the results speak for themselves. There is no product beign sold here and you dont have to buy anyhting.

I simply lie in that alexander technique method set teh alarm for at least 20 mins and take a normal breath. As I exhale fully I then hold my nose and keep my mouth shut for  at least 10 seconds to about 20 seconds. THe point is to let go at teh first sign of my body needing another breath. THe butyeko method pruposes that ppl (hyperventiatl) breath tooo much one after the other after the other and so oxygen is coming in and out byut not beign retained and not reahchign every inch of ur body. SO the butyeko method allows the oxygen to reach every single place of ur body and this is the whole poiint behind it. SO WHen i hold my nose and my mouth shut I do that for as long as i can but not too much taht when I let go i am gasping for air. I want the pause in breathing to be just enough nd not so much that I feel like I am suffocating or drowning. THis is called a control pause. AFter inhaling again after having held my nose I breath out agian normally and tehn take anohter normal breath which is for stabilization. AND then I take another breath and after I exhale this time I hold my nose again . THe whole time the breathing is done only from the nose in and out not form the mouth at all. The method is explained better in the documents I have and I will be more than happy to shar ehtose with you via PM.


SO there it is Meditation+body correction+breath correction FTW.

 OMG LOL! I cant fucking beleive that theres someone else that doese this shit. Ive been practicing alexander technique and meditating like this for the past 3 years with phenominal results. Only thing is rather than this buteyko method (which ive never ehard about) ive been substituting in yogic breaths adn exercises. Gonna try it out now.

 BErzinji let me know how it went. I havent actualy used alexander technique but that video is the only alexander technique i use with medtiation. I used feldenkrais method for body language have you heard of that?

 Yes also when breathing from the nose, It filters about 75% of bacteria. You get more energy when breathing from your nose. Our body is like a car, too much gas or too little gas will make it unbalanced but when you fill it with optimal amount it will run perfectly. Same goes with our body, too much or little oxygen makes us not perform in a optimal level.

I used to breath from my mouth alot and that was the reason i had a hard time concentrating. Almost every cell in our body has mitochondria ( a miniature organ) which produce 90% of our energy. Our muscles has more than thousands of these fuckers. When breathing too much every cell cant get oxygen because of the high ph value of the blood so it wont be able to carry as much oxygen.

Heavy breathing from the mouth = lack of carbon dioxide.  Lack of carbon dioxide = high pH value. 

BREATH FROM THE NOSE BITCHES HAHA

it's good if breathing from the nose helped with your breathing problems........ but damn...... all he's doing is lying on the floor and relaxing.  You can make out of that anything you want.
