Somehow my conversation the other night lead to me saying that I wanted to shoot potatoes into the windows of a Pringles factor with a potato gun.
Unfortunately I went inside my head because I was trying to figure out if after you caused all of the property damage with the potatos, if you could just tell them to keep the potatos to pay for it.

It is totally true and something I always felt a bit shameful of when I was young. Excellent, and Haze's "go deeper" is even better. The freeing feeling just shows how much POWER we give to women due to wounds ( all tied up in shame). Shame is a goldmine. But don't forget the real value of shame: LIMITS. This shows you the edge of your identity because it sees power in real ways. There's an idea of what you can and can't control. You're HUMAN.
The thing is, once you've got an inner life you're not ashamed of, you don't NEED to say that stuff...you could...but you don't need it to be free. You already feel free.
