women have their girly side for sure, but women are people. WTF? Some men are idiots, some women are cunts. Some women are smart as hell and some men are smart as hell, but suck with women. The women I know from my social circle are independent and strong, and manage their own affairs..... and of course, also have a girly side...... because they are girls.

The truth is, you are not better than any of these girls. You have your own drives and behaviours - only they're different, because you're a man. You "losing respect for women" has little to do with women and a lot to do with yourself.
What probably happened is, you used to like and "respect" women way more than they deserved (put them on a pedestal). Now you've realized how unnecessary that was, and your current state is just a reaction to that. Eventually you'll find the middle ground, which feels fantastic. You sound young so you still have plenty of time :).
If there's one piece of advice I can actually give... Stop trying to put yourself on a pedestal. This frame of "fuck women, I don't respect them, it's all about me, ULTIMATE MAN HOTDOG FUCK YEAH," isn't much healthier than "oh, women are so amazing, i wish i had one." All the guys I know who are truly succesful in this love and respect women in their own way.

Let me clarify I don't hate women I love them. I love the way they smell, the way they feel, the way they fuck, their feminine energy, their nurturing and caring side. But the way I feel about them there is no actual respect, there is nothing to admire, or look up to, their weakness is frankly pathetic. Their neediness is both a turn-on and a turn-off.
I no longer feel they have anything to teach me about anything really, and certainly nothing important on my path.
I sort of miss the innocent way I felt about them before. Where I used to see strength I now see weakness. They have no endurance or passion that can exist outside the validation of others. They are duplicitous whisperers, everything is about how it will be perceived, what others think of them, making other women jealous is their hobby.
Frankly it sickens me.
The only things I find to admire in their ridiculous behavior is the fact that they are the unwitting sculptors of men, their constant testing is what makes us stronger, better, more powerful.
It makes me sad but maybe this is just another piece of my inner child that is dying, a necessary pit stop on the rebirth to becoming the ultimate man.
They are great at sucking cock tho, I suppose that is something to admire. :(
